You should fix that translation though. It's pretty horrible. For example it translates "een boekje open te doen" as "has just published a book" when it should be "He's going to open the book", which is a metaphor for "he's going to tell the whole truth"
Basically the article says he's going to explain exactly how the team organizes their doping programme.

according to Hans-Joachim Schäfer, chairman of Freiburg commission of inquiry, Klöden is guilty of blood doping whilst le tour 2006.
Sinkewitz told them, that he lay next to Klöden when the Doping took place.

Rasmussen was kicked off CSC for (according to Riis) "not being a team player". C'mon chicken, you're an ass and you hate everyone, and you hate Riis too. Be a man and tell everyone how CSC did it too.
Then again, it's not like the UCI will do anything. Jaksche's already talked about the doping at CSC and nobody did anything....

Doprer?..yes!
He's coming back soon, actually....with a book to "tell the truth".
He was asked if in the book he was going to talk about his friend Armstrong and whether Armstrong doped.
He just said the smoke is there for everyone to see, and if someone still thinks everyone's an angel, it's because they're idiots.

What would that prove? Sure CSC probably did cheat, but how will the words of another convicted cheater prove that?
Jaksche's been talking about everyone and their mother and nothing has been done. Why? Because he has zero credibility. As has the Chicken.
Of course I WANT to believe that everyone are clean. Don't you? I also WANT to believe that world peace can happen. I KNOW otherwise.
My point was, that the UCI can't do anything about Jaksches allegations, as they are unproven. They are as valid as if it were you saying those things. The same would be true if the chicken was to accuse CSC of cheating when he was there. The man was banned for lying about his whereabouts. Even if he probably is telling the truth about team CSC, the UCI can't do anything.
So in a legal sense, yes they have no credibility. All his accusations are good for is for know it alls to go round telling people who believe in santa clause, "I told you so."

I don't want to believe in world piece. I want to see it happen.

So you're saying that if I go tell the police I saw something happen they can't do anything despite having a witness?

I only believe in minimum fee release clauses
Ok I give you that. If you tell the police that something happened, they would investigate. The UCI didn't. But you can't build a case on one witness.
