i've just downloaded and installed the game, but when i'm about to start this message shows up: "FAILED TO INITIALIZE THE 3D ENGINE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR VIDEO AND MOTHERBOARD DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE".
as far as i know they are, anyone got the same problem or have any advice?
answers will be appreciated

Have you downloaded all three files and placed them in the same folder before executing the .exe file? There is no .exe file because one of the 3 files doesn't download to anything. It shows up as a 1 kb "File" that can't be opened by anything. That's in the folder with the other two. |

the weirdest thing just happened. I thought i would check one more time before i go to bed, and to my suprise it is here. The weird thing is that it was put below another email that i received, as if it got their sooner, and said that it was received at 1 something. The weird part is it was not their when i checked earlier. I know because i erased all the emails that i had received. Who knows. Hope you get yours soon Guido.

Wow, now i feel like an ass. I just went back to my email only to see that it says pcm 2009 now available. Just like the one Guido got. I can't believe i actually thought they sent it to me.

I also have the same problem 1kb file called "download" and 2 PCM09-Setup.bin which are impossible to extract and aren't recognized as image files(i've already tried several images programs like magicISO and ISObuster). |

Yeah, same for me.. Doubt we'll get much help at this time of the day though 
But I really hope someone got the answer, or if anyone could launch a download file somewhere with the "Setup.exe" for PCM 09 that would be great! |

Ok I can accept that they hasn't get a money (it's still somewhere in cyber)
But why the hell they don't answer to emails .Cycling manager did (they are known as slow people)..but silence from gamesplanet. |

Same here is really bad that you can't get answer to your e-mails, I have waited in over 2 days for an e-mail, I have send an e-mail with the reference number aswell. It shouldn't be that hard to check whatever they have recieved money or not.

I pre-ordered on the 12th June with paypal. Didn't get any download or activation email. I contacted with my order number and they sent the emails/ details i needed to download install the game. took about 12hrs for them to reply |
