As expected, Astana couldn't pay the 6 million Euro that UCI required. Astana says it was due to a technical problem, not that they don't have the money, so they will try again today...

Look like galicia xacebo's jersey i think it look alright tbh as it will look better irl than a pic on a screen. I suppose it is so they get recognised easier aswell as it more stand out i would say. |

ASO decision on Boonen is expected within the hour
Apparantly Lefevre took Boonens hairsamples (just after the coke thing broke out) to two specialists, one of some belgian university and another to a french doctor/specialist who is related to ASO and AFLD, and those samples seem to show that the amount of coke is so little that Boonen cant have snorted the coke but that he came into contact with coke in some other way
Lefevre sent the results of those tests to ASO and they now should take a decision on wheter or not to allow Boonen to participate to the TdF

wait is it possible to know the ammount of coke you've smoked by analysing your hair? that's really cool 
btw does anyone have any info relative to that landslide in Vuelta a Colombia?

He didnt smoke it as well tho according those specialists.
They claim that the level of cocaine found in his hair samples is too low for Boonen to have taken the coke himself willingly.
They say he encountered contact with cocaine indirectly, I guess they mean something like a spiked drink or whatever.  |
