Gesink rode an excellent TT and I think he's now just outside the top 10 in the GC.. He was 6th in the time trial
Injured Dekker rode better than Nibali and Basso :? |

I expect Gesink to attack early. Or well attack, let's just call it, upping the pace. |

I think it is Thomas Lövkvist who is the best equiped to win the race now. Go Thomas! |

Kessiakoff:
- I tried the time trial bike for the first time ever this morning and it felt awful. We did a few adjustments and the feeling on the bike this afternoon was a lot better. It was the first time for me on a time trial bike in years, and it differs a lot from mountainbiking... I am happy with todays result but to improve I need to get a lot more time on the time-trial bike.

On the Sasso Tetto, you'd better expect a super Gesink. In the last 4km of the TT (which was uphill) he won time on everyone except Scarponi.
I expect those two guys to be the strongest uphill tomorrow. |

let's hope the Diquigiovanni guys will pull off a Rabobankish trick, with Gesink joining them à la Chavanel
instead of Flecha, Garate, Langeveld, Chavanel, Seeldraeyers and Burghardt
lets say: Rebellin, Simoni, Scarponi, Gesink, Niermann(I know, not possible, but we need two rabos to fit it ), and a german... hmm, Gerdemann?

Rebellin? He was only 23th, I've seen stronger TT's of Rebellin. He is not strong enough |

The thing I like about this Tirreno is that it seems very open in terms of GC contenders. So many classy riders who seem in pretty much the same form.
Will be very interesting tomorrow. |

Btw Crue, how could you put Hesjedal and Caruso as possible winners for tomorrow, and not include Gesink? |
