If it's a mass sprint, Voss will definately not win. Vermeltfoort is faster.
Vermeltfoort is faster than anyone but can he follow all the way to the last kilometer? Personally, I doubt it, as well as I doubt Degenkolb will still be at the front in the final
EDIT: Wee, Castroviejo is in the group just behind Gautier and Swift B)

Swift and Gautier dropped. Now just 5 up front, including PCM fan-favorite Fabio Duarte.
This race is nowhere near hard enough for a climber or most hilly riders to win. It's gonna be between sprinters and flat specialists.

Way to go Anuar Manan....getting dropped while the pack were still at "relax and greet the fans" pace on the first lap....

What's the difference to the pack? There's no graphic informing people. |

I think Caruso should try to get away because it seems that he is at some steep short climbs very strong , but lacks of sprinting
Degenkolb should be the favourite for a sprint because Degenkolb won some sprints in youth classes (U23 also) also against Voss and Vermeltfoort , but also Swift could win it (at Sachsen Tour 2nd in a sprint behind Greipel) |

My bet would be Caruso going home solo.
With Degenkolb being this good on the route, this is definitely a Cancellara-course. Sad he isn't participating.
Never.
