he's as guilty as Ed Gein and Jeffrey Dahmer. He came from Bruyneel's dopingmachinery over at US Postal. |

Just read on cyclingnews an interview with new Italian champion Filippo Simeoni - and his child's name is Simone Simeoni.

No matter the verdict in the Landis case, shouldn't he be free to ride again soon?

I think you misunderstood.
What Brun Sweater is saying is that the case has been going on for almost two years now, meaning that if Landis gets punished and gets a 2 year suspension it has already run out and he's free to ride even if he's guilty. |

His two year suspension runs from 30th January 2007, so we could theoretically see him return in February 2009 (we won't).
I think the best he can realistically hope for from the CAS is the terms of his sentence being changed so that it begins from August 5th 2006, when Phonak sacked him. Fair enough really, although it'd annoy me if he came back and rode this year's Vuelta! |

Yeah, he has been an assistant for Rock Racing, so it would be an obvious choice. |

Yes, but again, how would that mean we could see him in this years Vuelta?
I can't see them getting a wildcard. |
