Yeah definitely, this was a point he had to work on. But to be fair, he could only improve his Time Trialing since the horrendous performance that was stage 20 last year at le Tour.

On the other hand he got quite high position on 2013 Tour ITT, so he was always a decent TTist, last year it was more fault of the Bianchi bikes, which were said to be really bad for TT. Look at Kelderman, normally he is also good in TT, but last year he was quite weak too.
