How many countries are needed for a semi final? Also what difference in this does the running order make?

If there's more than 25 countries. But the top 10 players from the last edition would get automatic qualification if there needs to be semis.
The running order may be more important now because we'll publish a re-cap video like in the actual ESC.

But now it is time to determine which nations will perform in each of the halves on Saturday's Grand Final. Each nation will be drawn in the order of whom they registered in, so we shall start with Scotland and end with Wales. Then we will choose a strip out of this bowl to determine which half of the final they will perform in. The navy colour strip is the first half, and the brown is the second; to keep it fair, Iceland will perform at the half-way point, number 12. So without further ado, let's start the procedure.
