uhh...sorry guys, have to leave for an hour or so. so I won't leave you hanging, here's the answer:
Borut Bozic won the GP Kranj (yes, it was hard), and after the finish, he ran across the stands, climbed a lamppost and started yelling that he'd won his home race!
