Looked like a massive hit on Sanders in real time. In the replay, you can see it was a perfectly fine hit. Shoulder to shoulder, and he's diving out to get the ball. Now Denver is 30 yards up the field.

Ryan Mallett has had a pretty solid half against Cleveland. He had one pick which he didn't throw to the outside of the receiver (Hopkins), but that wasn't too costly. Also JJ Watt with yet another TD reception, this guy can do everything, surely he deserves MVP
Speaking of JJ Watt the two personal fouls against him on roughing the kicker really gave Cleveland some momentum. First one was BS, second one was kinda justified. I'd say we'd be up by 2 scores if not for one of those calls.
Alfred Blue also playing pretty well with Foster inactive. Like jdog mentioned in a previous power ranking, they are getting the ball to Andre Johnson more as well, he hasn't played with this much passion after he stated that he wished to be traded.
Great game so far, let's hope we can pull off the upset. #GoTexans

The Houston game is what I am actually watching today.. I am liking what I am seeing from Mallet and Houston. Mistakes by Watt but the TD and fumble make up for it I suppose

The worst performance from us all season. Lost 4 of our starting front 7 on defense as well. Just utterly crap.

It puts Miami in a wildcard position now until Pittsburgh plays tomorrow night

No it wasn't, damn Hawks lost
But it was a great match-up and really worth the watch. Chiefs were just slightly better come the end and it shows in the score.
Comeon Hawks. You're Champions, where's that finese and skill and determination from last season!

Seahawks are just worse this year...nothing much to attribute it to, maybe the defense is not playing with as much passion as last year.
So we sit at 5-5, if the Patriots beat the Colts on SNF Indy will be at 6-4.....

32. Oakland Raiders (0-10) (/)
-- Even when the other team is playing some of the worst football they have all year, the Raiders cannot capitalize. Oakland will get a prime-time game this week and pray they don't embarrass themselves against one of the hottest teams on the field right now, KC. It still looks like Week 16 will be the only shot they have at winning. FYI, its officially been a full calender year since they have won a game.
31. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9) (/)
-- A very much needed bye week this week, where the offense will look to be able to produce even the slimmest of glimmer of hope. They have a very tough and upset Indy team who will be looking to take out anger this week, so a 14 point spread seems reasonable at this point. They have a decent shot against the Giants next week who have lost 5 in a row.
30. Washington Redskins (3-7) (-2)
-- It looks like the clock is ticking for QB RG3. The fans are booing him, and accusations are rising of him calling out team-mates for bad performance when the blame is really on him. Colt McCoy may or may not get another chance this year, they have 2 very tough games coming up. Tickets for Redskins games are at an all-time low, reselling for just $10 on the secondary market.
29. Tennessee Titans (2-8) (+1)
-- They almost held on to defeat Pittsburgh. Mettenberger is looking outstanding on the field, but the defense is not producing in key moments. Tennessee had a 2 touchdown lead in the 4th quarter, but they blew it. They will hope to catch Philly off-guard this week in a huge game for the Eagles.
28. Minnesota Vikings (4-6) (-1)
-- Minnesota is kind of like a lost dog looking for food at this point. This week will not ve any favorable for them as they play Green Bay who has scored 50 points twice in a row now. It is very hard to see Minnesota getting 6 wins this year with the recent news of Adrian Peterson being out the rest of the season without pay.
27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-8) (+2)
-- A win! Tampa Bay is the 30th team to get 2 wins this season. Of course, they played Washington, but a win is a win for these guys at the point. They play Chicago this week who has had some big troubles as of late, so they have a big opprtunity for another win. And get this, they are only a handful of games out of a playoff spot!
26. New York Jets (2-8) (/)
-- The Jets carried momentum into their bye week this week, and hope to carry it and sink the Bill season this week. The Jets have big chances to play spoiler in a handful of other teams seasons, such as Buffalo and Miami. They have one of the easiest strength of schedules to close out the year too.
25. Chicago Bears (4-6) (/)
-- They captured an ugly win this week, but it still looks like Chicago collapsed to early in the season to rebound. They still have to play Detroit twice yet, and they also have a date with Dallas in the next few weeks. It is hard to predict where this team could end up, but 8-8 is the best they can hope for.
24. New York Giants (3-7) (-2)
-- The Giants are on a sinking battleship since starting out 3-2. They have lost 5 in a row, and Eli threw 5 interceptions in the last game. The team still managed to stay in the game until the last few minutes. Being in such a rough division, it is hard to see the Giants making it any farther than a 6 win season, but never count Eli out of anything.
23. Carolina Panthers (3-7-1) (-2)
-- The Panthers have only won 3 games over halfway through the season, yet they remain just 1 game out of the playoffs. In by far the weakest division in some time, the Panthers can still squeeze into the playoffs even if they only manage to win 7 games, which would require a strong ending to the season. Cam Newton and the Panthers have only won 1 game in their last 8. They will be the favorites in at least 2 more games this season as well.
22. Buffalo Bills (5-5) (-2)
-- With the loss to Miami, Buffalo is all but out of the playoff talks. A strong start has been slowed by the subpar play of QB Kyle Orton. He replaced EJ Manuel earlier in the season, but talks are arising of yet another swap. These guys love playing in the snow, and they will get to do that this weekend being favorited against the Jets. They then have another home game against Cleveland after that.
21. Atlanta Falcons (4-6) (+2)
-- 4-6, this team is playing from behind right? No. They are in the playoffs as of now. The team pretty much needs a win this week though, as they face one of the toughest schedules the 3 games after Cleveland this weekend. They are tied for the division lead, and with how bad the records are, only the winner of the division will make the playoffs.
20. St. Louis Rams (4-6) (+4)
-- St. Louis successfully has 3 upsets this year. Denver was the latest victim, in which they were held to only 7 points. Shaun Hill is the new guy in St. Louis, and he looked outstanding. While the playoffs are a huge stretch at this point, the Rams have proved that they will not let any injuries hold them back. The Rams still have a very reasonable opportunity of finishing 8-8 with the way their schedule is looking.
19. New Orleans Saints (4-6) (-1)
-- New Orleans lost a tough home game to Cincinnati in considerable fashion. It was a game tough to swallow because it now puts them on the outside of the division looking in. If they can beat Baltimore under the lights this week they will be outright favorites to claim the division and grab a playoff spot. Another pill tough to swallow was the loss of star rookie wide out Brandin Cooks.
18. Cleveland Browns (6-4) (-2)
-- Cleveland lost to Houston this week but will be getting Josh Gordon back this week. They also released Ben Tate today. They have 2 very winnable games coming up before finishing the season strong against 4 reasonably tough opponents that they will be underdogs in pending big changes. Hoyer went down on hard on one play that looked like he might have to come out of the game, but he stayed in. Cleveland needs to keep winning as they are in the strongest division, and in last.
17. Houston Texans (5-5) (+2)
-- A big win over Cleveland and a loss by division rival Indy puts them right back in the playoff picture. QB Mallet looked outstanding moving the ball down the field and getting the ball to key play-makers with Foster being out with injury. Keep in mind they still have to play JAX twice, TEN once, and Indianapolis again. Winning all of them would make them 9-7, and they would need to have Indy lose a few more or other wildcards to lose more.
16. San Diego Chargers (6-4) (-1)
-- San Diego played one of the worst games they have all year, but lucky for them the opponent was Oakland. They are now 6-4 and just on the end of the playoff picture. They have just about been put in a must win situation against St. Louis this week because they end the season with the hardest 4 games of anyone in the league.
15. Baltimore Ravens (6-4) (-1)
-- Baltimore has a middle of the road schedule that will close out the season. In a tough division, they will need to rely on other teams to lose as well as win key matches with Miami and Houston towards the end of the season. 3 of their 4 losses so far are divisional match-ups, so they are certainly not a favorite to take home the division crown this year.
14. Miami Dolphins (6-4) (+3)
-- Miami got a huge win over Buffalo to make them the 7th seed in the AFC now. They need to take advantage of Denver's injuries and get a win over them this week. They will need to win both games against the Jets, something they rarely ever do. They also have an easy game in Minnesota. Baltimore & New England are the other 2, and don't forget they beat NE in Week 1. A playoff spot is a real possibility again this year.
13. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4) (/)
-- The Steelers had a huge comeback win against Tennessee to give them the last spot in the playoffs. They will be one of the last teams to get a bye week which is this week, with a chance to rest before hoping to have a strong season ending run. They released L. Blount today, and will stick with L. Bell. They have a few hard games to end the season, including division leader Cincinnati twice.
12. Seattle Seahawks (6-4) (-3)
-- Seattle is having a worse year than many thought. Expected to go 12-4 or 11-5, they have already lost 4 just halfway through the season, and are actually on the outside of the playoff hunt. They certainly won't win the division this year, so a wildcard must be earned. They have to play SF twice, ARZ twice, and Philly. An 8-8 season could be hard to come by. Even worse, Lynch looks to be on his way out.
11. San Francisco 49ers (6-4) (/)
-- San Francisco will have at least 9 wins by the look of things, but that won't be enough to win the division, as Arizona already has 9. San Francisco is looking like the favorite for the second wildcard at this point, so as long as they continue to play like they are now they should fit in. They need to score off of turnovers however, as the D intercepted Eli Manning 5 times this past week, but they had 16 points all game.
10. Cincinnati Bengals (6-3-1) (+2)
-- Just like that Cincinnati looks powerful again as they lead the division. If they can beat Houston this week, they would only have to beat Pittsburgh 1 of the 2 times they play to be in good shape. They play TB which should be an easy win. Redemption against Cleveland is looking like the game that could give them the division championship and another playoff berth.
9. Detroit Lions (7-3) (-3)
-- Detroit lost to league best Arizona by only a touchdown this weekend, but in the process they are now tied with Green Bay, who looks to be the hottest team in the league. No worries though, as Detroit still owns a first round bye in the playoffs, which will make for a crucial rematch in a few weeks with Green Bay. The only other game they should have trouble with is in New England this week, good luck with that Detroit.
8. Kansas City Chiefs (7-3) (+2)
-- Kansas City has now won 5 straight games. The excellent news is they play Oakland twice yet. This surely will get Kansas City to 10 wins, and a playoff spot. Even better, if they can beat Denver, they could grab the division lead and possible even a first round bye in the playoffs. Things are looking good right now for the Chiefs.
7. Indianapolis Colts (6-4) (-2)
-- Indianapolis lost a tough one to New England. A. Luck just cannot defeat Tom Brady. The bright news is that Indy has the easiest remaining schedule in the league, JAX, WAS & TEN included. A first round bye is still in question if KC & DEN take a few hits each. Indy cannot get too full of themselves because Houston is knocking on the door.
6. Philadelphia Eagles (7-3) (-3)
-- We have seen 2 versions of Mark Sanchez in the past 2 weeks. The great one, and the horrible one. While it might be due to the 2 opponents, Philadelphia is safe for now. The division lead is still tied with Dallas, so Sanchez will have to shine on Thanksgiving to keep them up front. It will be hard to see Philadelphia get a first round bye with Foles out though.
5. Denver Broncos (7-3) (-3)
-- Just like that Denver is tied for the division lead. They were the best team a few weeks ago, and a loss against Miami this week could see them on the OUTSIDE of the playoff picture, let that sink in. Peyton surely won't lose like this twice in a row, will they? They play KC after this week, so the next 2 games are big for Denver.
4. Dallas Cowboys (7-3) (+3)
-- Dallas is looking better than ever even though they just had a bye week. Nobody knows where Philadelphia stands at this point. Dallas is tied for the division lead and has an easier remaining schedule than Philly. They should have no problem getting 11 wins this season, which will end the 8-8 streak and also end the playoff drought.
3. Green Bay Packers (7-3) (+5)
-- Green Bay might be the hottest team in the NFC right now even though they don't have the best record. Coming up next a cupcake against Minnesota followed by a goliath match-up against New England in what could very be a super bowl preview. Aaron Rodgers is playing superb right now and the Packers defense came out of nowhere putting up the best numbers in the NFC.
2. Arizona Cardinals (9-1) (+2)
-- Stanton handles his first game very well, earning the win and almost locking Arizona into the playoffs. They do have a difficult schedule to close out the year but 11 wins would get them in, and the odds of them NOT winning at least 2 more are extremely low.
1. New England Patriots (8-2) (/)
-- New England is best in the league by far right now, firing on all cylinders. Tom Brady has already proved that he truly is the best and should be in the league a few more years. They have many tests to end the season, facing Detroit & Green Bay, and then ending the season with 3 divisional matchups, including Miami who they lost to in Week 1.

We're not going to make the playoffs with 9-7. Indy has an even easier schedule outside the Dallas game, so they will at most lose 1. KC//Denver will take 1 WC, and the AFC North will take the other. So going 10-6 is our only chance of making it into the postseason.
Albeit even if we are 8-8 it's a successful transition year for us.

You like counting the AFC east out of it
I agree with you mostly though, but Miami could sneak in there and take one from the North

My rationale is that they have so many games between each other left that at least one ought to come out on top. But ye, anything can happen.
This week's Miami/Denver game ought to put you out of your dreams jdog
