After playing this game for 10 years, I have finally run out of ideas for a good career. I have been a big fan of the Custom part of the game. I love the things that are different for irl and my next career should be a custom one aswell.
So aside that I don't want to play a WT team, can you come with some suggestions for real Continental teams with a bright future , or riders that is descent , which can be in charge of a team, where I can build around them.
As for goals I am definitely run out, as I think that I have tried to achieve almost anything ( Except beeting Mercxx Records ). The riders is prefered to be coming from France , Spain or Italy as I want to fight for a wildcard in the first seasons in the GT in the season. As for the sponsor I will take a mediocre sponsor with descent money irl or probably request a jersey
Any help is apreciated

I love building great teams starting almost from scartch.
I was waiting for a request jersey to start my 1st decent career with PCM 14: Credit Agricole (conti-pro this time).
Anyway, the teams that I like playing with best are cobbles-based teams (like OPQS or Wanty) without great climbers, good punchers, some sprinter here and there and with a decent all-ronuder (Offredo, Oss, Haussler).
I would suggest you a conti-pro team like this because you can get a wild-card in the WT classics fairly easily.
I am without ideas, too, the last career I really enjoyed was a BKCP-Powerplus one with PCM 13 |

Yeah thanks dude
Actually I just got an idea of what I could do. Some few years ago there was a team called Phonak , and It could be fun to create a second version of the team. IAM is already based around Suisse riders , so I could take their Pro Continental spot and kinda set the squad up after their last rosters.

The team is not finished , this is just a test to see how the team may see. Could love some feedback on it too
First thing is that I think I got to few suisse riders on the team and too many sprinters too. The team is really all round, even though I was going for a Mountain / sprint team with some strong time trialist in order to make the team more balanced.

Well chosen nationalities
I'd like to add some Italian and French young talented riders.
If I were you I'd take Haussler instead of Boasson Hagen, that IMO will OP the team.
Another good rider that will suit amazingly IMHO could be Kiserlovski and Fumeaux as well.
Dillier is another rider that you should really add. The rest is very good balanced, it reminds me of IAM (even if this could be a bit annoying). |

Haha, I had literally the same career (try) few weeks ago, with basically the same riders and nationalities (North Balkan, Switzerland and Canada). It failed, but it's still funny. A great team there.

Kiserlovski place is taken by Hesjedal. Will probably sign him if I get into the WT.
Haussler was on my mind too , but the norwegian duo fittet the most as they irl just signed other teams ( Hagen - MTN and Hushovd resigned )
Signing more stars is really unnecessary as it will ruin the team, and will probably remove Rabon and Sokol and replace them with Diller and Quaade.
The next thing is that aside from Reichenbach their is no other talents than Haller. So getting some promising french riders that can drive upward easy might be good too

Here is the final team, and I'm really satisfied with it Tried not to copy the IAM squad and think I did come out of that problem easily
@admir - thats quite an coincidence , you have a pic of the team still ?

Great team I really like it and will be a great contender for the Wild Cards in the WT races. |

I got myself caught up in some weird statproject once again
Here's my team:
https://prntscr.co...
As you can see, the stats are uhm... well... Nah, no words for it, just see for yourself.
Going to see how much this team can do. Starting in CT, which might be a mistake, but ok.

Did the same a time but with an all-rounder with all stats to 99 (not sure if the 99 is still possible in '14) and the other riders with a single top stat to 85 and the other stats to 80. But never had the time to do a career on extreme. |

Hey guys, I'm currently at the penultimate stage of the Tour de France (career mode), with Jakob Fuglsang being 15'' behind Alberto Contador, who is the GC leader.
Could you help me with some strategies of getting those 15'' back in the TT? I badly want to win this TdF . The problem is that Fuglsang is 74 TT, and Contador is 76, I think (he is also the Spanish TT National Champion).
If the TT were hilly or mountain it would have been easier to get these seconds back, by putting the dot higher on the steeper parts. The problem is that this TT is quite flat.
Can you think of any scenarios / strategies that would help J. Fuglsang win TdF 2014? |

Well the best thing you can do is to save energy on the flat part of the time trial, so you have extra energy on the climbs of it, just make sure you don't lose too much time.
This is done by having the green line more than the orange one in the flat parts , so you can push harder when it goes up hill. But it is kinda Mission Impossible still , since Contador is also really good up hill. So this way will make you defend your podium , but will demand mistakes from Contador, in order to give you the yellow jersey
Good Luck

Hi guys,
I'd like to start a new carreer with Team Stölting, and I'm at the beginning both the carreer and PCM 2014. I'd like to ask some questions. If they are answered somewhere else, then please tell me where!
So: What are the influences if I succeed to achive my sponsor goals? And what if not? Will I get better money, or will I find more rich and famous sponsors after years?
In connection with riders: how to make a season plan for them? Should I modify their goals? I'm afraid to change their goals radically, because they won't be happy. What happens when a rider is not satisfied with their racing program and important races?
Thanks for the answers and tips in advance!

1. Yes, you'll get a lot more money. The sponsor goals as much as they're important make you get more importance and more sponsors will contact you.
2. The rider won't be happy and he will be less likely to renew. Also, the riders, when they're happy, perform better in the races |

Could anyone post the stats of Team Itera-Katusha in PCM.daily's DB? I don't have the game and I'd like to start a career with them on 13 but I don't know if the stats are still accurate |
