Can you please explain me the Developement team situation a bit better? I'm starting to be boring, but I definitely don't want to make a mistake.
- Is 9000 (budget I got) including the 1200min-2000max budget for Developement team?
- If not, where should I put my guys from Developement team? 2 files i guess?
- A bit detailed explanation would be great.

It is the budget for both of your teams, your development riders go in your file for now, only after the transfer season you will decide who will be in the dev team and who not.
