yes but if I install that I also get back all the old jerseys (I put in quite alot of 08 jerseys) And also some jerseys have different names in the PPDB so I think that also could mix things up...
so in that case, could someone post or upload the Lithuanian champ jersey then?

install it in a fake PCM directory 
you can then copy only the shirts you need to your game |
