Just a question. Is 3 riders per round for the draft the limit? Since I'm on the bottom, there'd be a big chance that all my 3 riders for the round are already picked, especially in Round 3(where I'm almost on the bottom once again)
You must pick tactfully Jesleyh. So for example don't pick the top 9 riders from all 9 slots.
You must follow this system as an example:
ROW 1) Sami Sanchez (Kloden) (Zubeldia)
ROW 2) Leukemans (Florencio) (Casar)
ROW 3) Fedrigo (Lastras) (Fischer)
In the first/second post I mention that if you cannot sign a rider from row 1 in round 1 then I will go down to the next row to pick a rider.
If on row 3 you run out of riders the spot will be filled in blank and that spot will be filled in the second draft where there are tighter AVG restrictions. |

EDIT: when does the draft start?

Feel free to send your rider draft lists to me from anytime starting now (for draft 1).
Some people might be 'greedy' and try and push their luck by going to sign the top riders but then you run a very high risk of ending up with at least one blank space which will be likely filled in by a lesser rider in drafts 2 or 3.
I will start pushing people on Friday if the lists for draft 1 are not in.
If need be I may set a deadline for draft 1 on Saturday but it would be great if everyone could send their lists to me via PM asap.
EDIT@ Ollfardh - Draft 1 of 3 starts when I have all 21 lists, no formal deadline at the moment.

Just some thoughts on how you should think about your draft picks:
1) Ollfardh (who has the first pick) already indicated who his first pick is so it would be a waste to choose this rider for your team. Unless you think Ollfardh is talking rubbish.
2a) Above all remember the RANGE OF 70 RULE. There is no point in signing an 80 AVG if someone else takes the only 60 AVG rider later on in the draft.
2b) If 2a is the case then the 80 AVG rider will be thrown off the team the instant another team takes the only 60 AVG rider. From this point on the 80 AVG rider is eligible for selection again (despite already having been picked) but only by the team with 60 AVG.
3) All lists sent from 01:00 (GMT) on Thursday to me which are made up of 9 different riders (as shown in the example) cannot be changed. |

If we pick a 80 AVg guy for #1 f.e. does our 60 AVg person have to be in round 2?

Right everyone: There will be no more rule changes to the rules for the draft in POST 2. The next time I alter that post it will be after all 3 drafts are completed. (As I'm pretty sure everything has been covered)
So fully read post 2
All drafts sent to my pm after 1:00 AM (2 hours 12 minutes from now) which are complete cannot be changed.
@ 547984 - In this thread the guys came to a consensus that a rider was not to be auto assigned. [See post 2: part 3 for the rules) |

Uhmm, I don't have the energy to read the last 2 pages so I'll just pick whatever coach is left... |

It is clear from post 4 which 4 coaches are left.
EDIT: Only 4 coaches are left to be chosen from:
--- Ian Butler
--- Sutty68
--- The Hobbit
--- Dippofix
Final reminder all correct draft lists sent to me via PM after 01:00 (in 1 hour and 55 minutes time) cannot be changed. All rules are final.
Good night.

Aaaaaaaaand, i am totally confused now.
Okay , i am going to send this (for example): Voigt 74 AVG (Horner 79, Zubeldia 76) and if i get any of these (i am 6th pick) what to do? Is by that, first round of draft finished?
After that , 2nd round starts , and if i select Voigt (74), i have to select some guy that have 66 AVG, to have 70 AVG for all of my 8 riders. (Btw , i understand that i don't have to select 66 AVG guy right after Voigt , since it has to be 70AVG in total , so i can select first 4 riders with 75 and last 4 with 65.) I missed something?
