I have to correct myself, apparently the "Mountain" in Philly isn't all that high, so it was more of a hilly race. So Rosskopf is definitely a hilly TTist.

Lodewyck is in the DB. Bille, because nobody has ever noticed he was missing and posted his name in one of these threads before. The original DB was from 2007, don't forget. He isnt a WT rider anymore anyway!

Very talented British climber. Is riding for Bissel now, as NeoPro. Last year he picked up quite a few good results in junior races, most notably his Points, KoM and GC sweep at Lunigiana, where he got a stage win and two second places. He also had a few Top 10s/5s on various stages and GCs. He also won the Tour of Istria, taking a stage win and a third place. A third place is also what he achieved in juniors P-R, which goes to show he can also do well on the flat. He can also TT reasonably well, but nothing outstanding. I'd give him a high potential anyway, he seems to still have a lot in him.

He's a bit like Hart's side-kick, seemingly being his super-domestique in the mountains too. He naturally didn't achieve as much this way, his season highlights were a 2nd in the GC at Lunigiana and a 7th at the junior worlds. I believe he might be a bit more of a hills rider judging by these results, but it could just have been his form on the day either. I think he mightn't have quite the potential of Hart, but he should still max out at a high enough level.

Yet another British Climber, though he's much more experienced than the first two. He's a pro since 2010, and now riding for Rapha-Condor. His biggest achievement were a stage win and the points jersey at Vuelta a Leon in 2012, as well as finishing fourth and fifth (In 2013 and 2012) at the An Post Rás, where he also took the white jersey in 2012. He also has various top 10s in .2 races to his name. I wouldn't give him too much potential, since he doesn't seem to have progressed all that much over the years.

And again it's a British Climber. This one has been succesful in the GC of the 2013 Tour de Korea, where he took three stage Top 10's, one of them being the TTT. Except for that the only other result of note is a third in the2012 Tobago Cycling Classic. I'd say he could very well be the worst of those four, and i don't think i'd give him a too high potential either.

2012 really was the year of this young Brit, when he managed to take a stage at Trofeo Karlsberg, a third at junior P-R, a fifth at junior K-B-K and a fifth at the junior worlds. I'd give him a medium potential, since he hasn't shown too much since 2012, but surely still has something left in him.

You're typical British sprinter, being succesful on numerous occasions in last years junior circuit. He took a stage, two second places and the points jersey at Trofeo Karlsberg last year. He also did well in the Prologue of this years Herald Sun Tour, as part of the GB national team, another showing of his fast legs, beating guys like Flakemore, Meyer, Wurf and Haig. I'd give him a high potential, i could see him doing very well in bigger sprints too in the future.

He was seemingly Lawless' lead out man in the junior races, though he picked up a few nice results himself, most notably a stage at the junior Peace Race in 2013 and a stage at the Sint-Martinusprijs Kontich in 2012, as well as placing on the podium consistently last season. He also rode well in the Prologue of the Herald Sun Tour, coming in tenth, only a second down on guys like Rohan Dennis or Neil van der Ploeg, so i'd give him a higher Prologue stat than Lawless, as well as a higher FL stat but maybe a slighlty lower potential. |

Not sure if adding riders is still possible. I mentioned those two earlier but as they are not in the DB, I ask again.
Is it due to the amount of talents added already as with the Norwegian example? In especially in Thurau`s case after he is having a great season so far. |

Coming from Dukla Trencin, this young sprinter became part of Saxo-Tinkoff this year and already is gaining nice results for his team, like 9th in last stage of Tour Down Under or now in Langkawi ( four top8 places including winning the sprint of the bunch in semi-hilly stage, finishing 4th).
Last year he did well in some U23 races and won Kosice-Miskolc and stage at Tour of Serbia.
About his skills. He is a pure sprinter, but not bad over the speedbumps and also very decent prologue rider. I think he is very talented for the future, that is the reason why Saxo signed him in the end. He is no Sagan, but can become mini version of him maybe, just more for the flat stuff...

To be honest I feel that we don't really need more talents this year. I think we got spoiled last year when we had a crazy influx, but this year is closer to more normal (Season I started the biggest talent was Guldhammer iirc)
There has been some nations that hasn't got top talents this season, but for example Switzerland got Schelling + last year. Aslo, poeple shouldn't just look at the level 1 talents, there has been added some sneaky good riders at level 2/3

Well, you maybe have a shitload of talents in your focused countries, but there are very few from eastern Europe this year (bar Russia maybe). But yeah, there are some nice talents for everybody...

Also, dont forget that we have 20more teams in CT division now, that was probably the reason for bigger influx of talents than seasons before (in times when Guldhammer was biggest talent).
But regulation of this influx is good, especially when one country should have massive amounts of riders coming (like mentioned Norway).
