Q: Good morning everyone, today we Have Another Team U25 acquisition, Thomas Hinault! Good to see you, sir.
A: hello, happy to have a conversation and I hope you are well.
Q: Let's get down to business. How are you feeling about the upcoming season?
A: I'm really looking forward to my first pro season. I know there will be many challenges, but I am confident in my ability to deliver some great performances
Q: And what about your personal goals?
A: The big race that I want to target the Route du Sud, based in the Pyrenees and the area that I grew up. Aside from that just to lead the team strongly on the climbs I would be happy with.
Q: Are you looking to Become the world's best climber, or you Focused On Becoming more well-rounded?
A: I just do not want to be the best climber in the world, I want to be the best climber in the world ever! I do not have the body to really focus on something else besides climbing, so I might as well just give in this area.
Q: Thanks, Thomas, that 'was great. Tune in tomorrow for ... Pieter De Vries!

Good luck with this. Hope you have a bit better luck than my community story, which went, how can I put it, tits up!
And are you going to do all of these interviews in the rider's mother tongue. If so, I can't wait for Patrick Pery! Just brushing up on my Malagasy now

Q: Lovely evening today folks, I'm here with Pieter De Vries, Team U25's cobble specialist! How are you, Pieter?
A: Im fine, just suffered from a cold but currently healed again. Looking to race soon obviously.
Q: OK then, now, what would you like to see out your experience here at Team U25?
A: For me its important there is a good team spririt, everyone is willing to help. Thats how I grew up and want to continue.
Q: And your goals?
A: Well, I want to shine in the cobbled races, and be in some breaks as well. I am hoping for a victory, but that might be wishful thinking so far. But well, its cycling, everything is possible in this world.
Q: That's great. And how about your plans for the future?
A: I hope I can sign for a WorldTour team, preferably a Dutch one obviously. But first, I want to help this team some victories and perhaps a step to a ContinentalPro Team. But as said, this team is my main priority at the moment.
Q: Wonderful! Sadly, that's all the time we have, so see you tomorrow for another interview!

A: Im prima, alleen last van een verkoudheid, maar momenteel weer geheeld. Uit om binnenkort natuurlijk racen.
Q: OK then, now, what would you like to see out your experience here at Team U25?

Q: And your goals?

Kinderkopjes? Really? I never, ever heard of that.
It's just kasseien, or maybe klinkers, but that can also be a bit different sometimes.
But alright, no need to spam this topic about this(I'm guilty about that ), nobody cares about the Dutch version anyway
Makes my French look good that does lol on the plain english sentence, wtf
I will keep banging on about stats until i understand the logic behind them. Currently seems to be no benefit to being 23 as opposed to 19. Not saying the 19yo cannot be good but the set up of the story will majorly benefit their development over the 23yo. 19yo has maximum 6 seasons in this team to benefit from the points gain-spend system. The 23yo has maximum 3 seasons to benefit, and will begin decline 4-5 years earlier as well. Not saying he should have double stats of the 19yo, or that he should be capable of winning in the WT, but that in the team the older riders should start out as the strongest riders with the best chance of gaining big points in the first 1-2 seasons to cover for them being in the team for a shorter period of time.
Sorry if this keeps coming off as pushy, spoiled etc, but it only seems unfair against those older riders, who would have been made older so that they start out better because they will benefit from the boosted development system for less time.
I agree to some point, I think the 23 year olds should be about 71 in their best stats, and just start knocking a point off for each year. So an 18 year old is only about 66 in their best stat.
Q: Good morning Peyton, how you doing?
A: Fine. I just got back from a training ride and I can't wait for the season to start.
Q: Now then, on to this. What are you focused on accomplishing this season?
A: I hope to be able to help Thomas in the Mountains when asked to and ride well when I get some chances to be the Leader. Also, I would really like to take a win near my home country in a race like the Tour of Austria.
Q: And what do you think that you can contribute to this squad?
A: Although I can't do much on the flat, I hope to make up for on the uphill and help the team promote to PCT.
Q: Thanks Peyton, that's all for today. Tune in later for more interviews!

Q: Good morning Johnny, let's get right to it, OK? How are you feeling today?
A: Hello, I'm fine! Thanks for having me!
Q: Good, good, let's talk about your training for the season?
A: I have been preparing all winter to make this season a success. I went on a mountain training camp and I am feeling stronger than ever! I'm happy to start racing again and I look forward to the start of the season!
Q: And your season goals?
A: I am an attacking type of rider and I don't really set goals for myself. I want to try and win as many stages as possible, mostly in mountain stages, that's where I am best. I hope I can win some stages and assist my leader for the GC in the mountains!
Q: Thanks, Johnny, good day.
A: No problem, have a good day as well!
