Congrats on the win, although when having a sprinter that was a huge let down. Two more possible stages for Guerao, and still nothing that indicates a stagewin, which is really dissapointing when going into the race with one of the best sprinters and one of the best climbers - Both spanish.

Must admit it was a shame to see the breakaway stay clear when Impey did that well in the sprint behind. Especially as we should have contributed in the chase having none up front. But that's just how it is, the flat stages were never going to be all for the sprinters.
Really looking forward to the next stage, it should be absolutely thrilling if the riders and AI are up for it |

This one always looked to me to be a breakaway stage. What's interesting here is that hill stages have also been for breakaways too (and even mountain ones).
Looks like it was a catchable break there, so like ember and probably beagle I have to be disappointed slightly, though with two flat stages and what is sure to be entertaining mountain stages to come I certainly cannot complain.
I am backing Contador to win and really put the pressure on tomorrow.

Great reporting as ever, but a frustrating race for Vesuvio. I don't see a reason why my riders can't join any of these constant breakaway victories. It worked out well when Kvasina got the KoM lead from a break, but nobody else seems to try.
Schleck seems to be riding well for a Top 10, but it will be a poor points scoring race since the hill stages weren't contested. Samwel also seems to be less effective than last year.
At least Jaguar are being aggressive!

Another wasted opportunity to get a stage win and put pressure on Tenorio in fight for points jersey. Anyway, congrats to Sykkel for nice win in his tough season.

Another podium place for Wiggle is fine by me. Though I'd have preferred the win of course! |

Another nice breakaway win for Venchi, congrats Sykel
Oliveira is really working his butt off to get us a win. He already has a 3rd place in a previous stage, and even though he was the last of the escapees today his efforts are really making an impression here.

What a shame, there was no real GC action bar the obviously strong Rujano - who is riding a bit like Sella did at the end of the Giro.
The favourites are not so much in paralysis as in the attacking AI just doesn't allow enough of a selection.
The breakaway mop up the time bonuses as well.
Have to say Tenorio looked pretty strong there and his team are doing enough.
Also SRB manager demands his team at least try to get in the breakaway tomorrow!

The biggest opportunity of the race wasted. Contador didn't even try to do anything, which is a huge let down. I could have accepted him being reeled in like Rujano, but he was not in attack mood, and several times let other good riders attack without countering. 2nd place will be difficult at this point, Nibali is just eating everything with ease.

Brilliant aggressive racing from Duarte! In with the favorite group and passed Guldhammer in the overall. Couldn't have asked for more!

Shame there were no gaps between Rujano and others. I think, he would deserve slightly better placing for his agressive approach. Anyway, I´m surprised both queen stages were won by early attackers.

That sealed it. Only Rujano was interested in making gaps. |

Kulhavy! What a great ride by him and well-deserved win as well! This Vuelta becomes quite a success for my team considering Uran really solid overall 5th place. Too bad he lost that two and a half minutes at the start of this Vuelta, he could be right in the battle for the overall win without that badly lost time. But still a nice Vuelta for him, indeed with a stage win.

A bit disappointed with that stage, I was looking for more action there. A lost chance for the likes of Contador, Nibali and Machado.

Scarponi appears to be a little stronger later in the race, though he's certainly not on the same level as Cataldo used to be for the team. I think I'll be favouring training Scarponi up over Costagli for next season, if I do any training. |

Rather disappointing to see AI be that passive thinking of the favourites, nonetheless a great report, CountArach. Now I must say Tenorio looks about safe for the overall win, though, there should and must be action on tomorrow's decisive stage.

I think the 6% just wasn't steep enough for anything to happen. I've noticed that in my games too, the bunch always just flies up those climbs and nothing gets away. This is crazy between Nibali and Contador though!

The Vuelta a Breakaway continues.
Good effort on the report Count, the AI let downs are always the hardest to do. At least there are promising signs that such a stage in PCM13 will see much more action.

Down to two Top30 as expected beforehand.
It was great while it lasted, but Nerz is fading badly recently.
Oh well, the breakaway success is making this a rather nice race overall, and the bad mountain AI at least helps us in the season rankings.
