They'll have to. Sweden has only managed to score 2 goals in four qualification matches, none of them were by your attackers.
In fact, it's a year minus a few days ago that Zlatan last scored a goal for Sweden... |

Yes, but I hope that Zlatan for once can play really good for Sweden. He has played good for Sweden before, but that was a long time ago..

We'll see. My point is basically that Sweden shouldn't feel over-confident for the win. Having Zlatan doesn't automatically mean that you win, as the Swedish media is pretty much saying
And even if we're about to lose, we'll just send someone from the crowd to the pitch and hit the referee. That way, we automatically win 0-3... |

Now you sound like Pepe saying that we will play a draw so that both Denmark and Sweden will end in the top instead of Portugal

I know, and I hate that were to confident. Zlatan sucks in Sweden right now, but hopefully he will score tonight

The 2-2 match which eliminated Italy .. I'll never forget it. I was at the City Hall Square watching the game with thousands of other Danes and Swedes. We both qualified, and the atmosphere was amazing.
Anyway, for now: Sweden sucks, and Denmark will win |

Holland won 2-1 away against Iceland, although it should have been 9-1, but as always we blew it after the 2-0 lead, blowing away chances. Iceland with a late 2-1, but never a threat, the score is misleading
so already qualified for the WC 2010 |

England have 6 out of 6 in their qualifying group, and with Andorra at home being the midweek match their 100% record won't change for a while
I'm a bit surprised how well we're doing, since we haven't played all that well for each game, apart from Croatia away and Belarus away. Capello has done a great job so far anyway. |

Portugal 2-1 Albania
If Queiroz would just replace all-star Ronaldo for someone that wants to play football while standing in his feet we wouldnt be struggling that much to defeat such mediocre teams...

I just can't understand why the banana in that post.
Due to Portugal's exibithion I can't understand that. It was pretty hard for us to qualify and after this game I just can't believe in the qualification. And it isn't just Ronaldo. It is aswell Carvalho, who is playing terribly comparing to the past seasons. It is Pepe, it is impossible to a central defender play flawlessly at defensive midfielder, added to the fact he didn't play due to his suspension. It is Deco who seems to have even less will than Ronaldo. It was, in this game, Boa Morte, who played really bad.
Summarizing, it is mainly Queiroz who has alternatives, even without many quality, to all this players and he just puts them in the bench or just don't call them at all, preferring to call four goalkeepers for only two matches. |
