José Rujano and Gianni Savio are having a big fight about money. Rujano is claiming that Savio owns him 135.000 euros from last season and Savio is claiming he paid him everyhing although Rujano violated his contract. Rujano only participated in 4 races with the Androni (Tour de Langkawi (2º), Semana Coppi-Bartali (9º), Giro del Trentino (5º) and Giro de Italia (did not finish alleging been sick, witch he wasnt)) and after that he just disappear.

Well in that article Savio is saying that it wasnt truth(the mononucleosis thing). Apparently even his teammates knew he was laying and maybe that was the reason why he abandoned the Team. Now Savio is going to sue him for defamation

Can someone explain to me the difference between the signing of De Jongh to Saxo and the Ekimov-Katusha case with the UCI?
As in, why is one not allowed into WT, while the other one is. Did Katusha not pay enough money to McQuaid's personal account or something? |

Probably because De Jongh did confess that he used doping, while the entire Katusha-team doesn't (okay, I'm exagarrating a bit, a few Katusha-members).

Valverde will not ride Paris-Nice. Choosing light schedule early season for the Tour - Vuelta - Worlds.
Paris-Nice will have rather weak field ( no massive stars ), but that may well mean quite exciting racing with no clear favourites. Looking forward to it.

Literally. Well, Raiquevajique in May should be pretty fun for the cyclists. |

I live in Derry but it's only a bus ride (1 hr 45 mins) to Belfast. If this is confirmed, I cannot express how I would feel about possibly witnessing a Grand Tour in my wee country. |
