Wow, that's a pretty vicious restriction! This should be an interesting orund, though imo it's a shame to have a youth-restriction round on a year when the contracts are only one season...
Anyway, here's the pddated DB, though im afraid i removed the D.o.B's as they were all wrong, I'm currently working on trying to re-create the file with them included, so this may only be a temporary file

Missing 3 lists: dev4ever (second in a row), jaxika and francopell
Draft will happen tomorrow, as thatll be 48hrs.
I know its moving really fast at the moment, but soon i'll shift it up to one round a day. Now that Man-Game transfers are mostly done.

I heard Fran was out of internet, and only got short spurts on the PC available, so that might take a bit longer...

Serious point here. I understand the restrictions make it interesting and forces us to think & I'm all for it. But, making us pick an under-23 rider in a round with a 1 year contract is a joke. I don't think there is any owner out there who would be against us making this round a 3 year contract one. Even if we switched it for round 6 (making that a 1 year contract round). Just seems unrealistic that anyone would sign a under-23 rider on a 1 year deal in real life.

I would like it if the contracts of this round will be changed to 2/3 years.

Well... you've got a point there...
But I'm third in the line, with one of the people in front of me allowed to draft European riders. So I might want to sign a 3 years contract

I think everyone will have different opinions. I would love mine for 3 years, but then again, he's sorta from a nationality of the team and because I'm first, I know who I'm getting But yeah, others may want 1 year, others may want 3 years. And seeing as their u-23 I think it should be 3 years |

Yeah U23 you would expect to be for 3 years, or 2... but no!
