I'm not banking on Arsenal doing anything against this Man U.
Hey we played alright on Saturday, not quite well enough to stop/delay manure winning the league. As for all the "casual" fans giving Wenger grief, stop coming to the games and head off back to where you came from, I heard that the Spuds want some more fans. It amazes me that these people complain about not having won anything since '05 dig out your record books you;ll see we went a whole lot longer without winning anything. Of the "Big 4" in the premiership Arsenal are the smallest team in terms of spending, look at the transfer fees paid over the last 10 years(ManUre have paid over £28 million on 4 players etc), you'll see Arsenal will be 4th out of the "Big 4", i mean the Spuds spend more on transfers than we do and where do they end up? |

Arsenal couldn't have beaten them with there reserves
And even the smallest team can fight when its about survival (luckily for them Newcastle went down)

Not if all of those teams are rubbish and they were probably all going to lose. As to when Hull beat us, they were flying, they've come down to the ground quite subsantially since that match. Also, Man U only managed to get 5 points from other big 4 clubs: Lost twice at Liverpool, once to us and 1 draw with us, and a loss and a win at Chelsea. The gap isn't massive, you're just ruthless against small clubs. |

Yeah, all the small teams in Premier League just put out their shoes for Man Utd. They look like they gave up before the kick-off sometimes. |

Too bad Spurs didn't make the 7th place and UEFA cup, but they have simply not been good enough this season.
Well played to Man Utd! |

Thank god we lost, best case scenario was both us and Fulham winning, but this is nearly as good. If we had gotten into the Europa league, and started playing in Belarus in the middle of July, we would have been dead for next year.
Hopefully we'll have a shot at the champions league next year |

I'm sad to see Sami go now, he was in tears at the end but he's at the Spirit Of Shankly end of season do (party) tonight as they're making a presentation to him.
I'm proud of my Liverpool team, they mustered a title challenge but it didn't go our way, so be it. Time to enjoy the summer months before it all begins again in August.
Newcastle? Deserved to go down, that club is a shambles and if relegation is what the club needs to sort itself out then who knows. Champions League Final? I'll not be watching. I only ever watch United if they're playing Liverpool. Last time that wasn't the case was when I was housebound because my condition made itself known (ie when I was diagnosed). The year? 1999. The match? The Champions League final against Bayern. No way am I taking that risk again! |
