So far other than VDB's puncture I'd say everything is happening exactly as expected.
Then a few attacks just before the top of the climb, nobody gains any meaningful time, and nothing much happens.

I can honestly say I did not expect Samuel to hold on this long before being dropped. The injury didn't affect his preparations as badly as it seemed.
