About time. A shame his Cervelo contract got voided last year. But yet another reason to like Europcar. 
Eritrea has a few other promising young riders coming through, this could help open doors for them if Teklehaimanot makes results.

What about Thor Hushovd joining BMC. As much as i'd like to see Evans ride forever, he is getting older and BMC are looking for someone to ride for them for the classics after Cadel retires. Thor would be a good replacement. |

you shouldn't read much into that tweet. All the teams were transported to the start by the Organisers. This meant they were all together on the coaches and on the plane, whilst their normal team buses went straight to the Creteil or the Champs Elysées overnight.
All the teams are also all in the same hotel tonight -
