Quick, someone start a topic complaining that Luxembourg riders should be divided into regions
I'd like to complain that Cyanide have done a good job. It's ridiculous!
Scandalous!! Looking forward to the first patch to see real problems arrive!
Reminds me of a certain 1.0.4.2

How can they have produced a good PC game when they had a Xbox/PS3 game to co-develop...oh-oh! Can only mean one thing, I'm already feeling sorry for my lack of 360 trade-in value after August! |

I'ts for account recovery in case...
Just played my first race and won! (easy settings and my sprinter was far better than the rest).
it was a mass sprint after a flat race with some small hills. Looks great (althoug I missed PCM 10 so I compare to PCM09). The riders do indeed not cross each other in the race. Which led to a gap in the peloton after the sprint. So you need to keep your GC rider in front even in flat races so they don't lose time (sounds realistic to me).
Some people may find this annoying that you need to stay focussed during the races I guess. |

God damn it. Every year I suggest in beta that the panels in 3D mode should remember the positions I set them to so I don't have to move them again at the start of every race. Every time they tell me "next year", and every year nothing. bah.
Also, does anyone know what it means when your rider's effort % number flashes red?

I think I saw it a few pages ago in this thread : it's when the percentage isn't high enough to keep the pace or something
EDIT : yeah page 7 Jonathan :
"That his effort to hold his place in the peloton is too low and that he is ''moving back'' in the peloton. So you have to increase his power."

Good, feature but imo making the game easier to predict. Should be deleted/inactive from gameplay if playing on extreme for example I think. |

Previously they just stayed where they were and died, so it's much better so far
I just played the tdf AdH stage and had 80 riders outside the time limit.
No attacks from the leaders though, just a vicious pace.

Am i the only one finding it interesting that the game wants to patch itself from 1.0.1.1 to 1.0.0.0?

Some screenshots & report from RvV
First race I played on PCM11, so had to adapt a bit:
Break of the Day, featuring Roelandts, Gutierrez, Kolobnev and Klemme , amongst others. It took awhile to form the eventual break - much like in RL the first 50ish kilometers were very fast
Lots of kilometers later, after the BOTD was reeled in (by QuickStep) - Cancellara placed a horrendous attack on the Muur of Geraardsbergen and managed to thin out the group of contenders (as well as gradually building up a solo advantage, up to 1'40"
On the Bosberg, Boonen managed to make up a lot of time on Cance (who was almost out of energy) but he still had a small disadvantage in the last kilometre (10" iirc).
His tremendous sprint speed and relative freshness were big a help in the sprint (where Boonen started from a few meters behind) tho - and so he overtakes Cancellara for a wonderful win
Oh, for those interested, here's the exported results - about 25 riders OOT:
