I wonder how the "tension" was backstage. Contador waiting for his yellow jersey, Schleck for his white. |

I can't wait for Andy to get his revenge like he said while still having some anger left in his belly. Just wish that hadn't happened to Andy because it looked like Alberto's fastest acceleration of the tour, so maybe he would have been passed anyway. It was kinda funny how cocky Andy was. |

British Eurosport mute the podium audio. Didn't hear the booing.
But found an Eurosport international stream and heard it.

Had it happened to Contador, Andy would NOT have waited. Dont even pretend he would.

Hesdejal got interviewed and said "it's bike racing, and no one was going to wait." |

This.
It is all a little hypothetical. If you like Andy you'll say he would wait. If you don't, he would go. No way of knowing.

Let's wait and see how much time Conta gets in the TT before we cry about these 40 seconds lost. |

Seeing the replay from Schleck's attack..... Contador seemed pretty done when he attacked, and he would probably been distanced by a lot of Schleck. A. Schleck accelerated on his right side, he saw Schlecks acceleration all the way, but he could barely lift his ass and start accelerating himself. No doubt he did that 100% cynical, he knew he wouldn't stand a chance today
And the crowd is booing, I think it's deserved.
I know I'm starting to sound like a fanboy, but I just have to....
It feels so unfair
To me Contador looked a bit stuck in the group and had to take a few minutes to manouver himself out of the group before he could respond. And, he had Vinokourov in front who closed the gap easily. |

Not 40 seconds......We really don't know how many
Anyway, a great, great stage win from Voeckler. Nice to see him win another stage at the Tour |

Interview Shleck: Should Contador have waited for you? - Hmm... (no answer) - And would you have waited for Contador if it happened? - I would not have taken the yellow jersey like that. Im not gonna cry.
Interview Contador: When I knew the accident it was too late, we were climbing.

When Andy and Frank Schleck fell in stage 2 (Spa) peloton waited for him but when contador fell in stage 3 (cobbles) Saxo bank push with cancellara in front. |
