Its Logic
The Sprinters that aint good in the mountains-hills an allways are in the grupetto are training track or they would be better.
Dont argue again because you know thats right.
Do you think that acceleration that Petacchi/Cavendish/Farrar comes from regular races.
So in short, you have no proof that some of them have ever ridden on the track. You just think they have?

I talked with one of the norwegians commentators about that Hushovd should very fast start training track or its offical from my side that his sprint days are over.
He said that i had to ask him but he tought i had a good point because Hushovd is one of feew sprinters that not trains track.
Can I just ask what the point of saying this in this thread was for? Makes no sense, saying "I think it would be in Hushovds best interest to train in track races", instead of saying something useful to the thread like Hushovd is not a sprinter and deserves 78 hill.
And whats this? Its official his sprint days are over accoring to you? Then whats the point in training in track races?

I ment that if he trains track race, he maybe can sprint with the best one more year. But if he just complains about the age and wont do that. His sprint days are over.
But look at Petacchi 36 years old and he`s still one of the best while Hushovd is 32.
Hushovd only misses Acceleration to be best...
Thats my opinion.

Cancellara only 70 in acceleration.
Doesn´t he deserve some more? |

Hushovd has always lacked a high top speed. Now that he has lost his acceleration, he lacks both. |

I´m not sure if it was already mentioned, but Romain Sicard always ends up with 80+ in flat but 75 in climbing. His fighter-stat should be lower so that he develops like a climber, not like a fighter

Just a question Why does Nibali and Basso don't have higher fighter stat ? Almost every other good climber have decent stat but not them two ?

Basso in particular never attacks. He sets a high pace, but doesn't attack. Therefore, he doesn't have a high fighter stat. |

Look them up in the 2010 DB
Stats will not be published. They are changed from time to time, meaning that it's quite useless to post screens while it's still unreleased. |
