As you can see the competition is strong with riders like Valverde,Sanchez,Voigts,Brajkovic,Botcharov,Gerdemann,Lövkvist,Wegmann,Plaza and Anton
We are still optimistic that Albasini can get a good result in his native country

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-24.jpg
The pack at the start;the landscape there is just beautiful, isn´t it?

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-24.jpg
There were many riders attacking out of the peloton in the beginning. The break was big but they were brought back with more than 15 kilometres to go.Especially Saxo Bank,Euskatel and our team worked a lot

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-24.jpg
With only 15 kilometres to go Jens Voigt was the first one making a move

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-24.jpg
Fabian Wegmann and Masciarelli went after him

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6-23.jpg
Ruben Plaza and Lövkvist came with the next moves. It´s gonna be a tough final

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7-22.jpg
Next attack! This time by our team-captain Michael Albasini with Christian Knees at his backwheel

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/8-19.jpg
And with only 5 kilometres to go there was a leading group with 3 riders.Jens Voigt,Igor Anton and Michael Albasini could get a little gap to the first chasing group

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/9-13.jpg
This is the first chasing group with many favorites like Lövkvist,Valverde,Garate,Wegmann,Sanchez,Plaza,Sella,Knees,Feillu and Masciarelli.Their arrears amounts 30 seconds

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/10-9.jpg
The last kilometre is already reached and the sprint begins with an amzing acceleration by Jens Voigt;neither Albasini nor Anton can follow him.It looks like a great win by the German guy

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/11-8.jpg
That´s it,Jens Voigt takes the win there in front of Albasini, who came really fast in the end, and Igor Anton. The second group with Valverde came 22 seconds after them.Lövkvist won the sprint there in front Brice Feillu and Alejandro Valverde. That´s a great result for our team but especially for the local hero Albasini

After an amazing month for our team we were thinking of the race calendar for March. The first big Pro Tour races will begin with Paris-Nice,Tirreno-Adriatico and Milan-San Remo. But there´s also a new big race in March which was in May in the last years,Volta Ciclista a Catalunya. This month will be a hard one but also a successful for our team???We will see that but the chances are good with Mark Cavendish who will ride Paris-Nice and Milan-San Remo.

So here is a screenshot of the race calendar in March

If you not simulate, it's hard to win with a sprinter in Milan-San Remo, because of the Poggio and the others steep but short hills before the finish. But when you do simulate, there will be a bunch sprint with Caveman, Boonen, etc. I think that really s*cks because it's not "real".

yeah,i never had a chance with Cav at MSR in the gameSad
Go Roman!

Batista15
Yes I heard that many times before but i won´t simulate.I will try my best also if I have no chance. But I can remember that I had a sprint there in a career before

Maximka
I had won MSR two times in all PCM's. One it was by early breakaway with Kangert. And other it was attack on Cipressa by Cunego

thanks but why do you hate him?

Maximka
I don't know. First of all I don't like people who always winning. But when I looking on Cavendish's face, I don't know why - I just hate him Embarassed

Stage 1 : Amilly ITT

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-36.jpg
First stage is as usual a prologue about 9 kilometres.Tony Martin is one of the big favorites for the stage win.Larsson,Lövkvist,Voigt and Gerdemann are looking for a good result ,too

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/lvkvist-1.jpg
Lövkvist was the first one setting a good time.He was in the leading position for a long time

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/cavendish-1.jpg
Mark Cavendish couldn´t repeat his great time trial of his last tour.He was 15 seconds behind Lövkvist on rank 39

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/voigt-1.jpg
Jens Voigt came ,the winner of the GP Di Lugano, with an amazing time of 11´05.This time was 4 seconds faster than Lövkvist´s.New leader of the stage was Voigt up to this

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/gerdemann-1.jpg
Gerdemann could get a good time, too. But he wasn´t as fast as Voigt.Still a great position for him in the end he´s 5th with only 2 seconds behind Voigt

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/westra.jpg
He was the big surprise of today´s time trial Lieuwe Westra. He sets an amazing time beating Voigt by great 4 seconds!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/larsson-1.jpg
But his leading time was not for long ´cause then Larrson came. His time is just great and not only great it´s 9 seconds faster than Westra´s

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/martin-1.jpg
Only one rider was left,Tony Martin. He was able to beat Larsson´s time and he knew that of course better than anyone else.He began fast ,after 3 kilometres he became a bit slower before he did a great finish. In the end he couldn´t beat Larsson´s time.He also failed Westra´s by 3 seconds but he´s third and that´s a good result up to here
