Yes. That is the 2009 version. The one, I linked to, is the 2010 version.

Is anyway i can put Contador ITT shoes red and yellow (like the shirt lol)? Cause he goes with standart astana shoes which are white and blue and it looks a bit stranger... |

Good job. First of all I like the big picture, just like I also make and link to. 
But the blue color on the luxembourgian jersey is no good, nor the blue on the ukranian one. btw the Rabobank logos on the green leaders-shirts shorts, should be white IMO (or do you have som irl pictures, that I haven't seen?). But good job |

I'll update the blue on the jerseys. Colors is not my best part of shirtmaking I also think white was better but this pic shows that they use blue:

Those are Dutch NC shirts, Petacchi94. The French NC jersey normally has blue on the shoulders and red on the belly and lower back. |
