Rasmussen will be there as FA, but the doped ones like Vino will be available only as free agents in the Single Mode DB. No dopeheads in the Career one.

Yes, it will, unless Cyanide has changed something which they haven't mentioned.
The changes announced don't affect the DB, therefore all databases compatible with patch 1.0.2.0 and 1.0.2.1 are also compatible with 1.0.3.0 -- in theory. |

(But yes, there will actually be two databases. There will be one for career play and one for single race play)

I'm using it in english, so I'd think all of them are available. also, I'm pretty sure that you can edit a DB easily so that it'll work on all languages. at least that was the case with PCM06.
