He is, he has made a couple of top 10's once in awile, but he's name is all over the mountains Write Txurruka instead, at least he has a chance of winning

Can anyone tell me if any of the following actually did anything in this race. I dont remember them being mentioned at all:

Tankink was in the break of the day, the stage Freire won (to dignes les bains)

Gorka Verdugo made Cadel Evans crash...
Verdugo took the corner too fast and Evnas just followed him, you could see it, on the replay, and Evnas said so afterwards too, a "rookie" mistake not to look were you are going, and ust follow the guy ahead of you.

And Stef Clement tried to break off the front a few times before the bunch sprints. I remember he did it on the stage Friere won but he did it more than once, I'm sure.
So, he might not have 'done anything' but at least he got TV time
It's useless. English speakers always say and write "Friere", "Ferriera", instead of Freire and Ferreira, etc.

Yup. I know that Freire spells his name like that, but when I type I tend to be on autopilot and follow the 'i' before 'e' rule. Apologies to all offended!

nobody's offended, it just doesn't look right to, for instance, constantly spell "David Miallr"
