But seriously the CFL is quite the fail. The Salary Cap for one team is just above the minumum allowed salary for one player in the NFL.

I don't like dives, but it can understand why somebody does it during a race for the ball or after a contact. And it is good that refs give a yellow card for diving.
If a player dives on purpose, like without any contact, I would even give him the red card or ban him for several games.
But this is just sick. He should get a life-time ban. It is not only the most unfair thing, it also makes the sport look ridiculous.
It was an awful foul. I hope the Chilean player recovers soon. I heard he will be out of the field for about 6 months because of this injury.
