we have a pretty nice history with champioships lost in the last round against Steaua and Dinamo, who were suported by the communists and cause of that they won very easy some games.
A lot of famous players were here from the recent ones Chivu and Gherghe Popescu made their football debut here.
Now we have a young team almost all of it it's made by Romanian players (which is hard to find now in Romania, everyone is transfering from the other countries).
Anyway until 2005 there were 4 teams that after got promoted in the first league never went back in the second. Somehow we got relegated though that our players weren't too bad (then a lot of them left us to go at Dinamo, surprising, no?). From there and with an transfer interdiction we had to use our young players as we couldn't transfer others.
I think that we are the youngest or the second youngest team in the league and have a look at our last 4 games:
Farul Constanta - Univ.Craiova 0-3
Univ.Craiova - CFR Cluj 4-1
Otelu Galati - Univ.Craiova 2-0
Univ.Craiova - Dinamo Bucharest Univ.Craiova
with a pretty impressive game, dominated all of them and never looked like going to lose.

the first one goes directly in the group stage the second in the third round of qualification.
I don't want to win the championship this year cause the team and still very young for that, their goal is the 3rd of the 4th place
also I made some mistakes at the scores there, we obvious won with Otelu(2-0 for us) and with Dinamo again 2-0
note somewhere the Costea brothers are going to be the best Romanian strikers (scored 9 goals in the last 4 games, one has 23 years and the other 20 ). Perfectly work for the second goal and Dinamo was dead. https://craiovamax...ea-2-0.htm

fuck. Craiova lost at Timisoara with 0-1. Still we played good but when a team scores against us they don't attack anymore at all, they just sit with the all the players in defenisive. We had 2 big chances to score and a penalty missed by Dorel Stoica at 0-0.
That's just a defeat in our away, still we are one of the favourites to play in Europa League (UEFA cup) next year.
Next game, again a hard one with a top team: home with Unirea Urziceni.
AZ, didnt lose for 22 games in a row...and then in their championship game at home they lose They'll probably become champs, if they manage to fuck up again like they did 2 years ago (when they gave away a 2 point lead on the final day) it'd certainly be the epic fail of the century
