Route du Sud Stage 2
Damn, the Movistar's team 2 best sprinters are I think trolling their managers so far.
Thüringen-Rundfahrt - Stage 6
The break takes the stage.

This was the profile BTW. Who says Kittel can't survive a speed bump?

It can't be too big bumps, otherwise Bos would've been dropped instantly
So that profile is probably incorrect

Bos improved over the hills this year little bit, I wouldn't use him as a sign a stage was easy any more
Anyway, the sign Raymond is there just shows the profile is way overrated. Anyway it was a hard stage due to the wind I would guess, same as yesterday.

i know but the count the prologue as Stage 1, Stage 2 was won by Bos and today was won by Kittel. and besides the start and finish names are correct. it is also possible that Willier made a typo |

Procyclingstats count a prologue as a stage, therefore the Prologue was stage 1, yesterday was stage 2 and today stage 3.
Officially a prologue isn't counted as a stage, if I'm correct. Therefore it should be stage 2.

Good result from Diego Rosa. Good talent which does good on lots of terrain and he loves to attack when the road rises.

Voeckler wins the Route du Sud queen stage in a four men sprint (ahead of Pelli, Gadret and Bardet). Takes the GC lead too.
Boom wins Ster ZLM stage ahead of... Rebellin. |

I blame Gadret for Bardet ( without knowing the situation of race ) not taking a win here :L

From velochrono 's twitter I get it that it happened as follows :
Pellizotti only came back in the last 500 m, so he's still lucky to have gotten there at all.
The three others were in a break, that started, if I understood it correctly, in the last mountain pass (Pelli was 25 seconds down at the summit). Bardet tried but Voeckler neutralized him, allowing Pelli back. In the end the fastest sprinter of the four won, and just like Astana the other day, the two guys from the same team ended 3rd and 4th. |
