Nice signing for NetApp. I found it surprising that no one signed him earlier after he left the shack |

According to RBTF, Riccò might sign for...
Amore & Vita!!
That would be the non-PCM strangest transfer ever. But hey, who knows.

Do not complain about PCM transfer logic. It's actually becoming realistic! |

"If he will respect my requests we'll see again a number on his back at the next edition of Tour of Tuscany, on June 19," said Fanini.
The conditions?
"1. At the next meeting with Fanini, Riccardo must have removed the two earrings, piercings and also the diamond embedded in a tooth. This is evidence of a totally new image.
2. He must stop working with his agent and also with his trainer. These professionals, and even a his lawyer, will not follow or advise him any longer.
3. He must update immediately the biological passport and never have a drug or a syringe with him, unless expressly authorized by the team.
4. He must come to live with his wife and son in a villa on my property a few minutes from team headquarters so we can check him at any time.
5. He must be available to speak with the competent authorities about his knowledge on the doping system."

Meh, that's not weird.
Call me when Klöden signs with Euskaltel.

I like the conditions, but Ricco back in cycling again is just bad |

I'd say with those conditions, I'm willing to give him one last chance, as I was a former fan of him/his riding style (didn't like him, but he was exciting to watch).

x2
I would like to see Ricco again, he is the rider who wants to attack in every occasion. And I like almost all of these small number of riders.

He's typically the kind of rider who never changes. Doping doesn't go without cycling for him. Maybe I meant it the other way, it's all the same for him anyway. So I can't be cheering about him coming back.
His riding style was fun to watch ? Yeah, cause he attacked much and made differences. No doping no superior strength, no ability to attack. Random rider. Just leave room for a clean one, please. |

Why are you so negative about him? Yes he doped, but many of the others did and do aswell. And saying he could only attack because he was doped is maybe right, but making him worse then other riders who was caught doping, but never attacked and never tried to win is wrong. I like him and what he is about. He attacks to win not like others who are glad to come second behind either Schleck or Contador. |

I hope he finally doesn't come back. I think that it's bad for him to come back to the cycling world and he might end up badly.
I think is a bit selfish of all you to want him to come back knowing that his last come back almost costed his life, but whatever. |

About Ricco: I personally loathe the guy. Being caught two times is just... Well, unprofessional, really. However, Amore & Vita's demands are reasonable, and may actually work. The question is: Will he agree to such terms?
In other news (I believe this is transfer news): After receiving the invitation to the Tour of Denmark (Post Danmark Rundt), Team Christina Watches are looking for 1 or 2 WorldTour riders to boost their team before August.
My personal opinion on that: Ridiculous. They're charging forward, and I'm not sure they know where they're going. Time will tell, I guess.
Who's actually available for them to sign anyway?

however, at the same time I have no right to assert the contrary until there are tests that prove his guilt/innocents.
I never trusted Virenque either when they forced him to admit he took dope, after all he never tested positive, and though he has the decency to not speak about it any more, I'm sure he never took dope. |

Ricco has always been one of my favorite riders, so i'm glad with the news and i've actually got a good feeling about this (as opposed to the first time he came back with Ceramica).
Just a feeling though. Fanini sends out something calming.

The whole Ricco thing just keeps crazy.
Actually I don`t want him back in the peloton. It could be better for him I think.
But the rules with Amore Vita were quite controlling and helpful for him but this change now is totally bad imo.
