same, this is good for my dream team but seeing Evans give up on GC sucks.
He is a good decender though, hopefuly he will catch up. |

Where is Evans? Is he the only guy who didn't make it back to the Contador group? Poor Cadel, how good does 2nd place look this year? |

I'd love to see Wiggins attack Contador -- although it'd be a bit surreal |

It's Andy who's attacking on the descent. |

He loses in a sprint, just like earlier with Fedrigo... |

Pelli is a good sprinter. Fédrigo is better. |

They were more teaser attacks, not the full-out ones that result in breaking off.
Wiggins still looks a little tentative in the lead groups on the mountain. I think he'll need some more confidence before he really goes... |

If Martin & Nocentini are indeed gone, then Astarloza is riding towards Top 10!

That doesn't matter, after an effort like this, whoever has more left in the tank often has it. Case in point, stage eight of the ToC earlier this year. Nibali didn't sprint because he was dead, and got passed by Schleck. When you consider how much work Pellizoti has done today, I think that may happen again. |

It's ok; I'm not in the best mood either. I'd send you a makeup kiss, but I've already made too many gay comment's today. (so wait for tomorrow)

Actually, you have to be very dead to not sprint. Also, Nibali's a pretty awful sprinter anyway. |

And Pellizoti looks very dead. Seriously look at him, he looks like he's using his reserves on the descent. I've changed my mind, I think he gets dropped in the run up to the finish where in flattens out.
EDIT: By flatten out I mean it isn't a -7% descent, its more like a -3% descent
EDIT 2: Actually the final km is slightly uphill...
