Well... I guess you have Ver.5 for PCM 2007. Then you have to make the shirt another size etc.

Sorry I wasn't able to answer your question sooner, I have the blend file that fenian posted a while back, titled 'mini shirt 2008'. I reiterate that I didn't do that one though, someone else had and I happened to be using that jersey because i add RS and Sky for 2010 when I do a career. Here is one I did do though for the white Luxembourg jersey.
