Kopp says he was drugged without his knowledge.
Why am I posting this? They all say that, the jackasses. As if anyone believes them

Apparently, Devine's absence has nothing to do with the previously announced "family problems".
Columbia sent him packing due to "personality issues". He then asked Garmin for a contract but Vaughters was having none of it.
Also, the war of words between Columbia and Garmin continues. It's Cavendish vs. Wiggins and Stapleton vs. Vaughters. stupid

The 'expiration date' is 10 years, as far as I remember.
That is what I was asking, if there was a statute of limitations on offenses that would require a ban...I know that a national governing body reserves the right to ban someone if evidence is found, but I was not sure if UCI had some standard of time. |

For the love of god does anyone know where i can find a the FULL Freiburg Investigation report? Everytime i try to look into these various reports and investigations i can't find anything substantial, just snippets here and there on different websites but i can never find the whole thing to look into it. It was supposedly released yesterday and plenty of media sources seem to have read at least big portions of it but i can't seem to find the full report for the life of me.
Thanks

The route for the Dauphiné is one of the best routes of all races this particular year. But I just noticed it's even better than I thought:
10th June - Time Trial - holiday
11th June - Ventoux - holiday
12th June - non decisive stage, workday
13th June - Queen stage - weekend

Thanks a lot
Wow they wanted to have also as witnesses :
Kessler, Klöden, Ullrich, Baumann, Burkhardt???, Gerdemann, Greipel, Klier, Korff, Ludewig, Pollack, Schreck, Wesemann and Ziegler
But "in at least 1 case of them the letters couldn´t reach the right person"
Good to see that Bernhard Kohl was also a witness and said that the doctors had "one-on-one interviews" with the riders to be "prepared medically" from 2002
1994 was the beginning of Telekom doping but from 1995 with a system
Uwe Ampler began (he buyed of his own money EPO) 1993 to dope with EPO with the attendance of Lothar Heinrich (Telekom doctor)
Jef d´Hont said that Olaf Ludwig was doped
Of the 17 riders of the Team Telekom 1993/1994 were 8 doped : Wesemann, Heppner, Dietz, Henn, Holm, Ludwig, Aldag and Bölts
There is also a passage that the riders kept the secret that they were doped for theirselves, Zabel said the just trusted Aldag
Also interesting at the beginning 1995 of EPO-Doping at Team Telekom, Dietz said that the doctors said how EPO works (incl. the performance increasing effect) and the dangerous things about EPO also that they have to shut up
Also if the riders who done well in the classics could have a chance to be at a Grand Tour otherwise they have to ride the fall classics
Dietz had to pay 3.000€ in a year for EPO also they were doped with Genotropin a growth hormon, Dietz had a hamatocrit value of 52,5%, he had to do "blood screening" to be sure that the blood wouldn´t clump.
Before the controls of the hamatocrit values during the races they hung 500ml of common salt solution on clothes hanger to let the value sink 1%.
Dietz injected EPO at home hisself, Schmid send the EPO with a themal pack and with styrofoam
Dietz said that the doctors said phrases like this :
"At 46 you can come up"
"I don´t know why the centrifuge displays 48 and the labor value is 52"
Aldag said that he had EPO combined with Vitamin B12 (now you know why Klöden had "Vitamines" at home ) folic acid and iron
Jef d´Hont had to keep an account of the doping so he could sum up the costs with the riders
Riders which came from "experienced teams" take theirself on EPO-doping (said Henn ) he meant Riis
He injected 4.000 units of EPO (Henn and Aldag had "just" 2.000 units) and 2 units of growth hormons
After d´Hont left Telekom the riders done with the doctors the ordering of the doping things
The doctors came with doping to the races or sent the doping per post, transport companys or with train couriers to the homes of the riders or to the named adresses
After the UCI introduced the 50% rule (the protection ban) 1997 the doctors made early in the morning the centrifuge tests to react quickly if a hamatocrit value was over 50%.
After Festina nothing changed really but there was a contract between the sponsor Telekom and the "dopingfree sport" thing (the doctors used the account to pay the forwarding charges) to "fight doping" with the whole german force of the national sport associations like "association of the german sport doctors" etc. they had 450.000DM (which are I think around 225.000€) to develop a test to find EPO 150.000€ were used to find that out the other part of the money were used to cover the expenses of the research group
But of course the team doped
1999 Jörg Jaksche was new to the team and of course the doctors introduced him to the doping system at Team Telekom
At the beginning of May 1999 Jaksche recieved 20.000 to 30.000 units of NeoRecormon (epoetin beta) at an event "IOC - cycling seminar - olympic games 2000 sydney"
Jaksche said that "he felt that he was medically good informed by the doctors (risks of EPO etc.) when he thinks of his previous team at that time (which was Polti )
Because of the bank account "dopingfree sport" they could track the payment 2000 to Jaksche it was for example "BHR Radhaus / Für Jörg" also very very interesting there was also a delivery to a Bettina Jurkat which was Klödens girlfriend
They couldn´t find out something about 2001-2005 "because of the limitation of time" Jaksche and Sinkewitz haven´t said about that period of time because otherwise they could be banned
The doctors invented fictive patients like "Ulrich Maier born 02.12.1397" or "Alexander Mayer born 02.07.1943" 2005 because of a electronic person identify system
T-Mobile doctors also injected "Glucocorticoids" (cortison) , growth hormon "Somatropin" and testosteron the doctors had to supply the attestation
There is a point that files were changed because they couldn´t find "doctor posts???" (ATUEs)
There is a rider named (I think it was earlier as a news out) that a rider of Telekom 2003-2004 said that he was doped there
Riders which don´t fitted into the system were on a list to be as soon as possible away and were "alone" (couldn´t contact the team mates etc.)
Robert Bartko wanted to be 1999 at the team but Godefroot don´t wanted Bartko, 2000 he tried it again and Olaf Ludwig turned down after he won gold medals Godefroot phoned him 2001 so he will be contracted for 2001 and 2002 he said that they (Telekom) wanted him because otherwise the Team Coast would have a "medical attraction" in their team (Bartko was as you can imagine at TV shows etc. because of his win and as Telekom is the german team which wants to have the best cyclists and media attention....) his hamatocrit value was at 36% at the Regiotour he haven´t become training plans or race plans like the others and was "a helper of the helper" at the team
Kohl said that after his 3rd place at the Dauphine 2006 he got some contract offers of some teams and then the doctors invited him to Freiburg "to talk about the future" which he felt that it was weird he said that he wasn´t at the Tour 2006 because "they took the riders which had intensive contact with the team doctors"
There is also a part with some medical purchasing things with some purchasing in Milan Olaf Ludwig GmBH etc.
2006 after EPO could be detected better Sinkewitz said that there was a "comeback" of "own blood doping" and the "Rhein-Konvoi" to Freiburg during the Tour but because Klöden and Kessler couldn´t be asked...
Interesting is that they (the commission) are thinking that Telekom could have used blood doping 2003 but haven´t any proof also Heinrich was a "fan" of blood doping he asked many times 1998 of "blood bags"
During the Tour de Suisse 1998 he got a blood preserve of a doctor which got a freeday which Heinrich made but they say that it was made unprofessional the doctor said that Heinrich shouldn´t use that because there is many air in the bag also the tubes weren´t knot so the preserve could have bacteria
At January 2006 Heinrich took some blood of Sinkewitz (500ml) at Freiburg interesting is :
At February 2006 Heinrich took again 500ml to "reinfund" the blood
March 2006 again
After Basque Country Tour 2006 they reinfund the blood of Sinkewitz without take blood
2nd or 3rd May they took 500ml blood of Sinkewitz
23th May before the Bayern-Tour they took 2 blood bags of Sinkewitz
Sinkewitz thought after a "weak" Tour de Suisse that Pevenage wouldn´t invite him to the Tour but Pevenage said that he has enough blood reserves so he shouldn´t think about that
After the Tour de Suisse they took again blood of Sinkewitz and put in the taken blood of the 23rd May to Sinkewitz
Sinkewitz and her ex-girlfriend (she drove the car to Freiburg during the Tour) said that Kessler and Klöden were also in the car and were doped at 18:00 they arrived at Freiburg to dope and it took 45 minutes
At the procedure of Sinkewitz there were some complications because Sinkewitz blood clumped but they put in 500ml of blood back
Luc Eisenga (was at the Tour) said that he hasn´t drove a 2nd car with the others to Freiburg so just Kessler, Sinkewitz and Klöden wasn´t "at" the Tour
The commission says that financial profit was the reason of that 2006 Heinrich should earn 60.000€ 2007 Heinrich should recieve 120.000€ because he should also lead a anti-doping-programme
The commission says that systematical doping 2007 couldn´t be confirmed
I couldn´t read the whole thing but wow is that impressive doping stuff if I read that hopefully I wouldn´t become a doping expert

Valverde wants to sue the leader of DCU Jesåer Worre, because he hs said that "It's now proved that he was a aprt of OP, and that he hopes that the ban is made worldwide". Valverde has now reached the higest level of patheticness possible.

DNA of a blood bag, and Valverde's DNA. 1+1 = you got it, 2.
