Actually they only did a 1-3-4-5. Of the guys that did that result, not even one was prosecuted or even suspended. And no doping products were found in the search, not even traces of it. The police authorities are still trying to come up with something to charge the team with. And because of that, 13 families have had their lives ruined for almost a year now without even knowing why and/or what they are being charged with. So you can understand better, the Portuguese justice system and police forces are like the English ones: they suck. They are almost at the same level, but the portuguese ones are worse still. Don't take any offence in what I just said, it just a personal opinion, not an attack.

Update with the top-10 for the stage and overall:
1th Alberto Contador (Astana), 44m05s
2th Sylvain Chavanel (Quick Step), a 33s
3th Andreas Klöden (Astana), a 36s
4th Tiago Machado (Madeinox-Boavista), a 50s
5th Rubén Plaza (Liberty Seguros), a 59s
6th Tony Martin (Team Columbia-High Road), a 1m04s
7th Bert Grabsch (Team Columbia-High Road), 1m11s
8th Ignatas Konovalovas (´Cervélo Test Team), a 1m12s
9th David Millar (Garmin-Slipstream), a 1m18s
10th Antonio Colom (Katusha), a 1m27s
GC:
1st Alberto Contador (Astana), 14h48m18s
2nd Sylvain Chavanel (Quick Step), a 1m06s
3rd Rubén Plaza (Liberty Seguros), a 1m07s
4th Tiago Machado (Madeinox-Boavista), a 1m08s
5th Andreas Klöden (Astana), a 1m09s
6th Antonio Colom (Katusha), a 1m23s
7th Tony Martin (Team Columbia-High Road), a 1m57s
8th Simon Gerrans (Cervélo Test Team), a 2m02s
9th Alejandro Marque (Palmeiras Resort-Prio-Tavira), a 2m08s
10th David Millar (Garmin-Slipstream), a 2m11s
Like Ruben said, Contador owned today's stage.
I'd just like to point out one guy: Tiago Machado. The guy has an incredible amount of skill. Able to keep up with guys like Colom, Contador, Kloden in the mountain stage, does a great TT today and is now 2 seconds short of the 2nd placed rider. He has an enormous potential. The thing is that he is not the smartest guy around. He rides every stage like it's career defining, he attacks every he has a chance. When it comes to the biggest competition in Portugal (the Volta, of course) he is already burned out. He is in the top-10 of every competition he enters, and when half the season has passed, he becomes very fatigued and starts to fade way. I really hope he starts planing his season more carefully and actually sticks to it because he could be a very decent rider.

It's not a question of being bad, it's a question of being a corrupt and arrogant bunch and letting preconceived opinions cloud their judgements and actions. Both of them.
But we're swerving a bit off-topic here. Maybe this is not the best thread to discuss this
