mine is around 200-300 kb/s
Haven't seen much of the Super-fast download they say on the website.

this is total bs.
It's the first pc game i ever bought in my life and well i only have to wait 16h before my dl is finished. I will never again buy a game online which is advertised with super fast dl speed. super fast is 1,6mb\s not 78kb\s.
i just hope for them that at least the game is superb. |

For those with slow speeds, I heard that you could e-mail Metaboli and request them for a direct link. It should be faster. |

To get an answer on email from metaboli seems to be as superfast as the download
I have send a request for the direct links to is that the right email becouse I dont get any answer.

I can't seem to download the downloader (download manager) from the mail i got. Anyone has this issue? |

I payed with VISA just over an hour ago and the activation e-mail came immediately. However the download link both in the e-mail and on the website after payment doesn't seem to work. I've sent an e-mail to but haven't received an answer yet other than the standard speed-help-thingy.
Anybody else experiencing download problems or maybe have a solution? |

And I am also waiting for my reply.
My issue is that I pre-ordered, paid with VISA and I have not received a activation key..
Hope it will be solved soon. I will post when I know more.

Just now I received a mail from support.
And it seems that the key is in the mail now.
This weekend I will try to activate with the key.
Wish me luck!
They also appoligize for the slow posting of the key.
This should solve my problem. |

It seemes the number support submitted in their response to my first email wan't a activation key. My guess now is that the number [999999:999999] (9 = a number) is just some sort of support sequence number.
I mailed support again, no reply to my second email so far.
Also mailed "Mike" explaining the problem.
I do not understand why this is happening to me.
After the rain comes the ... |

I got my activation code.
Problem was that the mail with the activation key never got into the mailbox of my original mail account.
I send support another mail adress and the key arrived that same day.
Problem is solved. |
