If i were Wout Poels i would be HUGELY angry to work for Froome. He would win that TDF quite easily if you ask me
Massive difference riding for someone and being a team leader, I think Poels might of been able to finish in the lower part of the top 10 if he was riding for himself but that would be his absolute limit

To see Valverde and Rodriguez the strongest of the favourites... the heck?
Hoping for some good racing tomorrow. Today was decent, I guess, but nothing to write home about really. The drama again provoked by crashes like on Ventoux. Pretty cheap
What do you think are the chances they let Valverde go for a stage win tomorrow?

Poels is happy to work for Froome. He does want a shot at leading the Giro next year though. I do think he was disappointed when Sky got Landa and immediately made him Giro leader.
I do not think Sky can again deny him the Giro leadership (unless Froome himself decides to go for it).

Landa > Poels, at least in type of race that is Giro. Now, if they would give Landa leader's role in Vuelta, he might compromise for that. But still, considering Landa's love for Giro and Trentino, he will mostly want to give another try for Giro next year, especially considering that his "old friend" Aru is most likely also participating.
Computer crashed in the end and went to somewhere else that didn't have an internet(no,these two don't have any correlation)so my thoughts about the stage:
Bardet is awesome.A very strong Purito very surprisingly.
Mollema failing after trying to attack on a descent was disappointing and sad.
And Quintana being so passive was pathetic.
Also chapeau to Porte for attacking even though he lost time.
