Who??
And Levi, to be fair to Saul, it is his first proper race back.

Kevin Dawson
The British Best all rounder for the 7th time, Kevin Dawson, one of the countries top time trialists and road riders
He had a good year in 2002 winning two national time trial titles, 2nd in another and was 2nd in the Archer Grand Prix with a superlative ride.
to be fair he is about 35/36 now but he is a very good timetrialler

He's racing in the Masters category, so won't be challening Millar.
Millar will almost certainly win and fighting for 2nd could be Last year's winner Jason Mcintyre, former winner and hour record attemptee Michael Hutchinson, Premier Calendar winner Chris Newton, plus Rob Hayles.

I know I was asking because he finished 33rd. I thought there would be more.
