They only rode 2 TTTs in Tour during their existence so it's hard to say what's "usually".
One of those TTTs was good (2011), and one mediocre (2013). |

Greipel seems quite motivated for Le Tour:

Literally everyone on their team is at least decent (on paper...), I could very well be wrong, but they just seem like the strongest team to me. |

Teams of the big 4:
| Contador | | Froome | | Nibali | | Quintana | | Sagan | | Porte | | Boom | | G. Izagirre | | Majka | | Roche | | Westra | | Valverde | | Kreuziger | | Poels | | Fuglsang | | Malori | | Rogers | | König | | Scarponi | | Dowsett | | Basso | | Thomas | | Gruzdev | | Erviti | | Bennati | | Kennaugh | | Grivko | | Anacona | | Valgren | | Stannard | | Kangert | | Castroviejo | | Tossato | | Rowe | | Taaramae | | José Herrada |
Think both Kennaugh and Poels will be crucial for Froome, while Fuglsang and Scarponi should be the same for Nibali. Don't get why Tinkoff leaves Kiserlovski at home though. Also happy to see Gorka in TDF |

Sagan is a threat?
I personally think has Kristoff has the best chances winning the jersey. Do anyone know if Bouhanni is injured from the crash yesterday? I saw he had been confirmed for their tour team but anyway, if he's in shape he is with Kristoff my favorite for the green, Matthews a good third competing with Sagan.
Degenkolb is tricky, he might take a stage or two but no more.

Or the result of the rule change. Most likely combination of all the things mentioned. He will win it though...

Are you saying Bouhanni is a better pick for green than Sagan, Matthews, Degenkolb, or Cavendish? Let's be real, Cofidis and Bouhanni will be happy to have a TdF like Coquard did last year, with plenty of minor stage wins and a podium for green. Even a stage win could be in the cards if it breaks right, but Bouhanni is not at all a top tier favorite to win green. |

OGE Lineup
Michael Albasini, 34 (Swtz), Luke Durbridge, 24 (Aus), Simon Gerrans, 35 (Aus), Daryl Impey, 30 (RSA), Michael Matthews, 24 (Aus), Svein Tuft, 38 (Can), Pieter Weening, 34 (Neth), Adam Yates, 22 (GB), Simon Yates, 22 (GB)
Matthews not interested in Green jersey at this stage.
Both the Yates twins will ride for stages, not overall. |

No Kiserlovski at Tour makes so no sense especially after strong Dauphine showing. Instead, Contador gets useless Basso, old Rogers and whatever-he-is-up-to Kreuziger, who all rode the Giro. Plus Tossato who is at least doing his job on a daily basis. And Bennati is always fun to see with Bertie. But, Bertie is already at a disadvantage because of the Giro but with such a team, man... Really, do they even have other riders?! Contador will lose to all his rivals time in the TTT... great sigh. Seeing Sagan and Contador for the first time(?) right together in the same race will be fun tho; unpredicted team attacks please and yes.
Astana looks very balanced, the cobblez may belong to them again this year. Fuglsang is also in some nice shape? SKY solid as ever, their mountain train will be favourable to Contador.

No worries about Sky, Movistar lineup..
Astana has some fresh legs.
Contador might end alone again..only hope is that Majka will be great as year ago..Kreuziger has reached kind of form.
Basso was already hopless at Giro..Rogers is great road captain but he also has Giro in legs |

I'm playing this fantasy game and I have one spot left to fill.
The choice is between Thomas, Boom and Cancellara. Who would you pick?
I'll probably transfer him out after the fourth stage, so I only expect him to score points in the opening TT and the cobbled stage.
I could take a guess and go for Fuglsang. He was there in the big echelon stage in 2013, in the 2015 Fleche Wallonne and in the cobbled stage in 2014. Not sure about his TT though... |

Look up Dominik Nerz in the dictionary and you'll get mediocre.
I have no clue about Buchmann, but those Germans believing Nerz will top-10.... yeah, not gonna happen unless over half the field crashes or suddenly get exposed to Ebola
Edit: Its not a real Tour without ruben, that other Dutch guy (havent seen him jn ages in here) and me getting in constant fights Please come back

Wouldnt pick Fuglsang, he has become very mediocre on TT's, instead more of less only focusing on his climbing. |

Oh Ruben is still around, in PCM 15 sections at least, last post of 2 days ago. Could still join TdF discussions and argue with you.
But if you want I can take over his role?
Although Mollema is not at a Dutch team anymore so I don't really care much about your criticism on him haha. Just hands off Wilco
@Martijn
Ouch difficult one. Would say Cance, but unsure.
Not sure about Fugl, wouldn't go for him.
