You should really use a different program (i guess you use Paint.net atm?) for your jerseys. You seem motivated and spend a lot of time creating jersey but the results are poor because every logo, every line is pixelated.
Of course Photoshop is the best program and also the most complicated so i'd recommend GIMP to you. It doesn't take much time to learn the basic functions and the quality of your shirts would rapidly improve.

OK, I´ll try... but I have tried GIMP and I don´t know how to put a line or to colour an area with the bucket filler...

Basically works like in Paint.net, for lines it's best to use the "path" tool. Read some beginner turtorials and play around with the different tools.
