Hesjedal not good. Garmin really needs to bring Danielson to the Vuelta. They need someone strong and in good form to crash out from the race.
Danielson..really. When he had last time descent ride..this man can not move without a dope.
Talansky is only hope to get Garmin rider inside top 6
Have not seen much of the race but Izagirre and Intxausi sure did seem to put in a great race althogether. Would be nice if one of them snatched the overall victory in the TT. 25 kms seems a good distance to make it close against Majka either way.

How can you say they have put in good ride if you have not seen any race.
Fact is Movistar have screwed up both days. They had 3 riders in final selection with Amador and Majka was alone both the times and yet pulled out win. And neither one of them attacked or pulled the bunch. They just sat there and did nothing.
Majka has proved to be strongest rider in the field and it will be shame if anyone else won it overall.

Thats one of the most stupid things I have read in here tbh. Firstly, of course you can state that without having watched the race judged by the results. Thats just nonsense. Seems like you dont like Movistar. Secondly, Intxausti and Izaguirre are generally better TT'ers than Majka and that gap he has is definetely manageable.
As you said, Majka has proved to be the strongest. Not much else to do than try to minimize losses going into the TT which they both have done great. I dont know if you expected them to attack or whatever, but Saxo played yesterday great with the high tempo and set up Majka perfectly. Not much else to do there.

I have not said they put in a good ride, I said they sure seemed to have done so - note the difference. And I'm quite pleased with both of them.
Either way, based on the results so far, they did good here in Poland, getting second and third, only behind Majka. I wish screwing up meant for me too that I get two guys on the podium.

Fan counted times halfway through on Wieliczka hairpin:
Riblon 14:43
Intxausti 14:54
Izaguirre 14:59
Majka 14:44
If this is accurate...

Niemiec 5th GC, decent GC and a good result for him. Hope that during Vuelta he will get some free role or even will go GC like he did in Giro together with Scarponi.
Provisional TV graphics have Rafal Majka winning by 08" over Ion Izagirre and 22" over Benat Intxausti. Christophe Ribleon ended up 34" behind Rafal Majka in the GC, with Przemyslaw Niemiec rounding out the top five some 1'20" down.
Though you know how reliable the Polish TV graphics have been, so prepare your salt.
