Bonus question 5: Who will be the referee in the World Cup Final?
The answer is: Nicola Rizzoli
Decent choice IMO. Good referee, no big mistakes this tournament. Established name, can whitstand pressure. Only thing wrong about him would be that this is his 3 match featuring Argentina this tournament. But still, it could've been a lot worse. I wouldn't have been suprised if Busacca (head of FIFA Refereeing Department) appointed Nishimura (opening match) or Velasco Carballo (Brazil - Colombia).
Anyhow, SSJ2Luigi scores 25 points!

In the past tournaments, yes. However, Busacca decided to break the confederation neutrality rule this tournament a lot, so it isn't really a suprise.
