Anyway, come on Saxo. Get Roche up there
Please explain how i am a troll you idiot.
That explains it more or less.
Dippofix your a troll? What would your response be?. Was their any need for him to call me a troll?
This Austaralian dude has something against me he has done it on numerous topics and calls me out. He carrys it on aswell like Kick Katusha out. Me and Fickman were laughing at Colombia and i said they are embarrassing didnt mean anything by it. But anyway ill not comment it's clearly best as everyone has turn against one guy like when i asked a question if Quintana had three ITT riders taking part and well Aquaris went retarded. As if i dont no Cav is good at TTT i was just curious if Quintana had the guys i mentioned as it would surely be and advantage to him vs the other guys or was i so stupid to think that? |

I think everybody's trolling everone a bit, but I think you started getting at him more than the other way around. Anyway, I think we can stop all this here.

Do you think Duarte can top 10 or not? If i was Colombia i would go the Pirrazzi route and go for the KOTM and try for stages that way he has no pressure on GC.
No but I don't think that matters.
Seriously man why are you picking on the PCT squad?
Well your missing the point. It's as if you read it as i said if he does not top 10 they should not be in the race i was aking your opinion if he can top 10 i think he has the talent too which is why i said go Pirrazzi route and get the KOTM jersey. Try for that instead of just waiting till final climb their was nothing wrong with that post yet you turnt it right around. I would understand if Colombia were outstanding in the Giro then fine im a troll but they were not what is wrong with saying that. Surely you had higher hopes for Duarte last year?
Nope but nor did I have higher hopes for a squad with a relatively tiny budget and very little European racing experience.
Anyway it is time for dinner here, so I hope this TTT becomes more interesting while I'm gone.
Yes enjoy your dinner dude. |

Majka couldn't have wished better for this day, already 30 sec on Quintana and over a minute on Purito. |

I though Majka would lead but then Roche has been saying he wants a good GC placing so who is their leader? I would give the edge to Majka just because he as experiance in the Giro at doing a good GC but their is not much between their abilty imo although Majka clearly has more potential. |

Majka will most likely lead the team here, as the Roche has Le Tour on his schedule and it's definitely more important race for Tinkoff, so saving Nicholas' legs would be a logical option.
I once again believe that Roche is here just because the race is starting in Ireland, as I would like to see Rafal as leader here.

Tinkoff extremely lucky do you think that they had a little advantage with a little bit more dry than the Mov and Kat squads?. BMC maybe big winners if it stays dry. |

Majka for Polish Eurosport:
"It was something we wanted - gained some time on others and looking good from the start, but we had our share of rain as well today. It started raining before we actually reached the hill on 8km. And there is rain forecast for the weekend, so we will need to be careful. Thanks to Nicholas we feel a large support from the fans here, which will be important for the weeks to come. I'm especially looking forward to Monte Cassino stage due to the history there, I hope it will be a battle between me and Niemiec on that stage, but I want to attack on three stages and fight for win instead of waiting for what happens. Zoncolan is something I do not know, I heard it's much like Angliru, but we have to work hard on all mountain stages, one stage will not decide."
Sounded very confident and laid back.
PS. @steve smink: As far as I've heard Majka is the clear leader and Roche is a backup option. No misunderstanding about the roles in the team.

I don't think so. He said a few times he wanted a good GC, and wasn't just there because it was in Ireland.

Last i read Roche was targeting a Top10 in the Giro, and that was yesterday. He seemed pretty clear on that goal, rather than saving himself for the Tour. Most likely a split leadership with Majka giving the team another option

I would bet that as well. Top 3 is a dream and something to aim for. But he tries to be careful and not to make any overoptimistic statements himself.

It all depends on what a good GC means - top 10 perhaps?

Just realise Basso in in prime position to win the Giro after not giving no time up to Quintana and Purito. Of course im not confident but it is surely a good boost if he gets back to Italy with not much time lost although i think Evans and Uran will be the big winners today and the Tinkoff boys of course.. |

I don't think Basso will do anything this Giro. Plus, his support is horrible.
