At TMM: Wanted to clarify, about the squad limit size of 30.
Is this simply a limit of riders you can use over a season?
One could for example finish the transfer season with a roster of 32 riders and then just simply choose to use 30 or less riders?

You can finish transfers with as many riders as you like. But yes, you are limited to using 30 for the season. Any unused riders will then leave the team

How cam you say Euskaltel is weak? I reckon this squad is probably the best climbing squad you can find, even if there is no 80+ climber. Because of the continental type races the riders like Ion Izagirre will get you the most points. By the way he is not for sale or trade.

How can you compare Ion Izagirre to riders like Froome...Nibali...Quintana...Rodriguez 
And no competitive sprinters means you'll definitely be in the bottom half of the rankings no matter what. That's why you have a massive budget

True about him not being as strong but there are limited days for those riders and riders like Uran and Sammy can surely be at least partially competitive.
On the sprinting side of things I need to find a Sprinter or multiple sprinters as well as a few classics riders. You also have to think about the future.
And also keep in mind that simulating races can result in some rather huge surprises.

Just a few questions:
1) How are 'new' riders generated at the end of the season?
(Being at Astana I would like to generate some Eurasian riders at the end of the season, will this be possible?)
2) Just to confirm... the budget does reset at the end of the season?
3) In future seasons will there be different races in the calendar? |

1) New riders will be sort of randomly generated... Basically for a couple of seasons it's easy to add in the younger talents like Laverack, Groeniwegen (or however it's splet) and people like that. They will be mixed in with re-gens from career modes.
So there should always be a variety of Nationalities, Styles, Ages and Abilities. They will always be introduced during Transfer Periods.
2) Yes. Budgets will reset for each season. Money does not carry over or have use outside Transfers (yet, eventually it will but not for several seasons)
3) Of course the calendar can change! There are a good number of stages for PCM13 and PCM12 that can be used. There will be general themes to follow ("ardennes classics" and "flanders classics" in some form) but yes it can change up in lots of ways

That is the planning template. It's really easy to fill out!
1) Download and open the file (it's excel)
2) Write in your riders names down the left (replacing the Rider 1-30)3
3) Leave out any riders you want to "fire" (can only be done if you have over 30 riders)
4) Each race must have 8 riders! To assign a rider, put the number of race days into the corresponding box
5) Total race days per rider cannot exceed 50 days. Automatically calculated on the right hand side
6) Rename and save the file. Title it with your team name.
7) Send it to me via PM
Nice and simple! Any problems ask me. Deadline is next Saturday (11th). Plenty of time for you to fill it out, and for me to make the new .cdb.

Well the season will start so they may not have their best teams riding the races. They must then take these races into account with the rest of the their planning, which will be annoying i guess.
