Remember guys, if you sign people before they're approved you may get stuck with a weaker rider then you anticipated.

Belgian climber Thomas Peeters singed for Team Europcar.
He signed as Protected rider with a lot of leader opportunities.
Most GCs aren't his piece of cake, since his TT skill isn't very good, but he will almost always have the opportunity to attack, and he will rarely have to work for the team. He can secure quite some wins for the team, or at least we hope so.
Europcar is very happy that we can welcome him on the team

And also you can't have any stat below 55
Zoltan Horvath Ruiz Gonzalez is also 20 pts over the limit
