If at any point my story goes tits up (hopefully not), I'd be happy to be a reporter for 1 or 2 but not at the moment. |

English is not my native language and I must admit this phrase put my brain on hard work. |

2 questions:
1) Would it be practical to convert the database to a PCM12 and PCM11 version to accomodate more race reporters?
2) It's 24 teams in a race max, so with a control team I can only let 23 teams enter a race?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Isn't it 25 teams in a race max? I'm pretty sure this counts for 11,12 and 13
edit: GT is max 22, because of a 200 rider limit

Well, a more pressing question. What are you going to do with Katusha and Astana, seeing as they're not active? Give them WT entry even without startlists? |

1: Only if we have proper race routes as well. I'm pretty sure no 2013-routes have been made for PCM11, but they are there for PCM12. As we won't even need new teams or anything converting/updating stats shouldn't be too much of a hazzle. I could do that I suppose...
2) What Selwink said

1: Yes (otherwise I can't report it; Only having PCM11)

Aight, thanks. Guess that decreases the chances of getting a GT for CT teams

1) For short term maybe, for long term I don't think so. More and more users will upgrade to PCM 13, so the number of reporters will increase by day.
2) I hink it's 25 the max number of teams. |

Option 1 : The non-active WT teams will not be in GT.
Option 2 : Reduce the number of riders per team on GT at 8, in order to have more CT teams (22 teams with 9 riders, so only 2 CT teams => 25 teams with 8 riders, so 5 CT teams).
Option 3 : leave it like that, like IRL, so we will have 2 CT invitations per GT. |

Regarding the inactive teams, I'll make startlists for them for now, and they'll be opened up for co-management if they don't become active. No need to worry about that

Well, don't you want to participate as well then?
Applications are still open, with some nice teams available. And it'd be great to have another manager on the game
Also, @Ollfardh I don't like the idea of PCM 11/PCM 12 reporters anyway(for both routes and stats like ACC having an other meaning), but it's no problem, but can you at least specify quite early which races will be reported by PCM 11 reporters/PCM 12(for the races that don't have 2013 routes)?
Since the routes are very important for my team. F.e. Paris - Nice has a lot of hilly stages in the 2013 version, which makes it good for Europcar(Stage win goal) to send a strong puncheur. But if an other version has only flat and mountain stages, that is a bad idea
On an other note, you can count me in for reporting as well, but I can't report very often and can't report long stage-races either, since my 'time schedule' varies A LOT.
But well, every bit helps I guess

Morphyum - No objections there, want to join the game as well?
Jes - I know, I'll be giving the stage races to the PCM13 people for sure, so they remain the same. The classics have been mostly unchanged (except AGR), so they can be reported by a PCM11 or PCM12 person. Only having PCM13 reporters would pretty much cut my reporter team in half.

I believe some people with PCM12 have the 2013DB, which has the AGR'13 included

Big thing, GT's you can have 23 teams (22 + control) as the control team does not need to have 9 riders, only 1. Which would take the total to 199 riders.
For the UCPCL i worked off a 24 team limit (23 + control) but that was with a reduced WT and reduced numbers of teams overall. If all 19 WT teams do go, then keep it to 4 wild cards (23 teams + control). Better to be safe than sorry.
While it might be worth converting to 11/12 to gain more reporters, it should only be a last resort move. In the UCPCL i only got 2-3 regular reporters (including 11 version Atlantius) but you've already got that. If people are willing to take on the work, then there should be no problems. Plus the updated stats to come have the adjusted ACC which messes some things up if you convert directly. And there is on problem with old routes, as long as that is made clear in advance so people plan accordingly.
Astana and Katusha. Well fcancellara said he wasn't going to participate a few days ago, so you probably should make that team unmanaged again. MrTeamSky i don't know. Ok so he hasn't signed anyone but you should PM him first before you open it up to any other options. As far as i can tell he hasn't missed anything yet that is major (if he hasn't done wild cards and goals you can make them up realistically at this point, as it's only race planning that is really important). He could just be away for some days with a valid excuse.
Finally, you ex-UCPCL'ers... Why did none of you volunteer to help there! F*cking b*sterds
Finally finally... erm yeah... I won't be able to report as i'm gonna be busy with WSC and Lasnik (and work (and handball)) but will offer some other logistical assistance where needed

Yes. A 67 ACC can follow short attacks easily on PCM 12, on PCM 13, he can't, since by the time that he's on speed, there's already an enormous gap to the (say) 80 ACC who attacked.
In PCM 2012, it controls red bar, in PCM 2013, really acceleration.
I feel like it's way more important in PCM 2013, especially for riders who tend to attack a lot/have to follow attacks.
