I am like Avin and in the 7% non nerd category I actually can't remember the last time I played PCM, between working, cycling and the fact I myself have been going out with 1 of the bartenders from work for the 2 months means no game time. I just rattle around here mainly for the cycling talk

I got some problem , and it's getting serious , pretty much. Not to be selfish, but as new generation came to high school, some of really awesome girls started to like me. Smiling whenever they meet me, greeting me up and all of that. As i was always the guy that comes first to girlfriend, first to greet girl and start conversation and all of that. I always thought i am not that handsome (look at signature!) , somehow things changed - I have no idea why and how, though.
I really like one of them, but i have problem that i can't fall in love. It's something abnormal. Last time i fell in love was 3 years ago, and now i am not feeling anything to any girl. I came out with that girl , but nothing, i really like her, but loving her is something unreachable, for me. I decided to stop conversation with her ,since she's only going to get sad/depressed by my fucking awful behavior. And i feel that was just right. Now, i am trying to find myself, problem is that i really want to fall in love. I got enough of "go out, kiss , have a great time / bye-bye".

I'd say you'd fall in love with that girl in time. You will reach a stage where you might feel that you fall in love with her. Well at least that's my opinion.

Now with me, I'm sort of shy talking to girls for the first time. I guess I just lack confidence. Like, I have no problem talking to a girl I know well, but if I had to go up to a chick in the mall or something, it's a different story. I mean, it's not that I'm ugly or fat, but I am attractive - that's what I've been told, but I mean I'm not the next supermodel.
At this stage I'm no longer interested in a relationship, but rather just something "less serious". I've just got different commitments to focus on...
What I need help with though, is what do I do when I see a girl I find attractive? Previous gfs I've know from school or met somewhere before hand. I want to approach a girl, but I don't want to seem like a man-whore and neither do I want to seem like a douche that doesn't know what he's doing. Like I said, I'm not exactly over confident. I tend to be more confident after a bit of alcohol (not drunk though, I'm not a big drinker)

I know that. I liked the the two year younger sister (1 year younger than me) of a girl from my class in school. She is also in my school, and we saw each other a few times and smiled at each other but never talked, because I was shy and there was no good reason to start talking to her without it being awkward. So after a few months I finally had the balls to send her a friend request on Facebook (I didn't dare to do that earlier because I thought it'd make me look like a creep, I mean, we never talked). She accepted it and we're good friends now.
So, Aidan, just don't give a sh*t and approach a girl when you like her, chances are that she likes (or at least is interested in) you too. In general, a little courage is rewarded.

Guys, i can notice that you're too shy. Just get balls and start talking to girls. Every girl likes when you greet her firstly , or when you tell some good joke or something else. Sending her request after few months? C'mon , that's maybe me , but i would send her request in next week, if not same day.
You just have to feel free with girls, all of them just adore when they get attention, especially from some pretty guy (as you guys - fcanc, aidan). And, i am not joking.

Just think of the last time some random person came up and had a chat with you. As long as they weren't mental, I'm betting you actually liked it. So it should be no different if you go up and do the same to some girl, especially seen as girls are less likely to make the first move so will often take on anyone who makes the first move on them. |

If it is just kissing and bye, i would get bored pretty fast too.
But dont worry Admir, SHE will come sooner or later, probably some girl, who is not smiling and attentive at all, but has a place for yyou in her heart, while you dont know it.
In my case, it happened not sooner than when i was 20, only shallow things till that time. And look,it lasts ten years.
